Breakfast was great! Lots of options like cereal, a waffle maker, yogurt, bagels, juices, and warm eggs/ bacon etc that is slightly varied each day . Nice/ spacious! Nice clean bathroom, pillows / blankets were so nice/comfy. Love that there was a side door to the parking lot. The breakfast has a cute little indoor seating area! Love that breakfast is held for a good amount of hours. Abit pricey, but it was a comfy stay! My ONLY complaint was that there were not enough (shower) bathroom towels! Good amount of parking , loveeee how clean and bright the whole parking lot was at Night! Felt very safe to walk through, me and my guy walked at night across the street to BJs to have dinner (Soo good! High recommend ) would definitely go back to this hotel again :) don’t let the pictures fool you, it’s a very cute/cozy/spacious room! I loved how I could see my car from the window in the lot, and the warm lights on each side of the bed were cozy too! Plus the bed side tables had convenient strip outlets on the top of it so you could use them to plug in your phone & etc!! And the tv had plenty good options, like we watched my cousin Vinny , back to the future, and alittle big bang theory. Also loved how there was a microwave too! There’s a ton of little shops in the lot next to it and plenty of restaurants you can literally walk across the street to!!! <3 there was also nice closet space behind the full length mirror/ that was also the bathroom door! Would definitely go back again!

Just more towels in the bathroom :) and maybe better shampoo, but the conditioner made up for that! Body wash would’ve been nice or even soap, really, but eh, that’s on me for forgetting half my toiletries lmao….

This location is close to restaurants and shops. It was clean, breakfast was good, and hotel had good amenities.

We were put in a room with a connecting door. We thought it would be quiet, because it was at the end of the hallway. Unfortunately, there was a man who woke me up at 5:15 am, talking on his phone very loudly. His phone was on speaker and the person on the other end was also loud. I would have called the front desk to complain, but my husband, who is hard of hearing, slept through it, and I didn’t want to wake him. I did warn the front desk the next morning, not to put anyone next to this room. Otherwise, everything here was great. Just an unfortunately rude guest ruining someone’s visit.

Located 10 minutes walking from Arcadia Metro station. Room is spacy with good working place. The building is a bit off the next busy roads, therefore the "loudest" traffic item is the metro. Always free tea and coffee available in the lobby. The room contained a fridge, a coffee machine and microwave. Quite some varied restaurants in the vicinity. Items in breakfast not sweetened (cereals, mush).

Breakfast as usual all dishes for trash. at least more paper than plastic. Knives not usable for fruit. Breakfast comes with egg pie and varying sausage, no cheese or vegetables. Seats in the breakfast room are worn out, at least some need urgent refurbishment. The area is a bit remote, next supermarket 20min walking distance.

Nice area, everything nearby, walking distance. Lots of food establishments, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, fast food joints, ethnic foods, etc. Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. They served a continental breakfast which was good from 630am to 9am, waffles were the best! Highly recommended, safe area, Residence Inn and Embassy Suites in walking distance. There's a smoking section as well.

Breakfast was good but there was missing lots of food. They had a full room of bananas in boxes and when I asked the person working in the breakfast room they said they had no more. I spoke to manager of Breakfast room, and told him that you have a full box of bananas in the stock room as the door was left opened. It took several minutes to make a decision to give me the bananas. They said they have a quota of bananas on a daily which I found to be not fair.

My son is afraid of dogs and I did not find correct that the dogs were with the owner in the breakfast room where all the food is. My son had to wait for the dog to leave the breakfast room. You should have a rule for dogs not to enter the food breakfast room .

The room was excellent and was exactly what I was looking for. The shower was great and was the perfect temperature. I especially loved the curtain for the window as most let light in and it bugs me but this one kept it dark so I could sleep.

I honestly can't think of anything as the area around was great the staff was great, the free breakfast was great as always. Everything met or exceeded my expectations!

The staff is consistently great. We stayed here back in March, and their customer service is so consistent. They are all so nice, friendly, and helpful. Loved having the tea, hot chocolate, and coffee available 24 hours/day. The room is spotless, the beds are super comfortable, and the location is great being so close to Santa Anita.

The one set of charger plugs at the night stand don't work (There were many others available in the room that did work, but it's nice having them by the bed), and the sink drained a little slowly. That's it. I have a feeling no one has ever told them or both issues would have been fixed. We were going to let them know when we checked out, but we were in a super hurry to catch our flight.

The location is very central, I used to live down the street so I knew my way around very well. There are lots of restaurants directly across the street and within a 5 minute drive, so that was good. It was nice to have free breakfast every day, I wish there were more savory options but the waffles and muffins were tasty. The room was clean and the staff was nice. I wish there were more towels in the room at the start of my stay, I was only given two for a six night stay and I was told at check in that I could request more at the front desk but it would have been nice to have more available without having to ask. It was overall a nice place to stay.

The bed was kind of hard and uncomfortable at times. Also I was told that I wouldn’t get any services to my room unless requested and I did not request them, so I assumed nobody would be attempting to enter during my stay but a staff member came in my room while I was taking a nap one day. He apologized and didn’t enter past the bathroom but as a woman traveling alone, being walked in on while napping was a bit jarring and anxiety inducing. I made sure to use the latch lock for the rest of my stay after that, so partially my fault for not having that locked.

Plenty of bathroom counter space; water pressure in bathroom was very good.

The stationary shower door design in the bathroom only allowed entry from one side so, one always had a bit of a cold shower before the water warmed up to your preference; we stayed for 4 days but the breakfast provided could have used a little more variety in the selection of the eggs and meat menu.

Overall, we had a great experience at the Hampton Inn - service was great, the staff were friendly and provided us with thorough info, and facilities were a plus as well (fitness centre, pool, etc.). The room was very comfortable - bed was nice and bathroom was clean. The complimentary breakfast was good as well - it had great variety and everything was delicious.

Just be weary that the walls are quite thin - so just be cautious in terms of noise in the late evening.
