Check your receipts when checking out. I had some charges to charged our room that we did not make at the hotel bar/restaurant. They give you a parking ticket to access parking at no charge, however, they do charge $38.00 dollars a day.

This hotel is clean, airy, and the staff is great. Friski greeted us upon arrival and her customer service was amazing! Good Customer service is so difficult to find these days, many times just feeling like another unimportant customer. Friski was welcoming, friendly and very pleasant. The location was excellent with much to walk to not far from hotel. If you're thinking about going over to Catalina Island for the day, this is an excellent option for staying here, leaving early morning for the day and returning back to hotel.

At the rate this Westin charges, I feel they should cover their guest's parking and waive the $40.00 per day charge. We dined two nights at the hotel restaurant due to convenience, however, the choices were slim and the overall quality for the price, honestly lacked a bit. There are many other choices just up the street on Pine Ave.

my boyfriend and i ordered breakfast from the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious! the potatoes were our favorite. they did forget to give us ketchup but when we called the restaurant back to ask if they can bring us some they quickly handled it and it arrived to our room literally no more than 5 minutes. the bedding and mattress were AMAZING ! overall the hotel was beautiful from the lobby to our room.

what could’ve been better would’ve been free parking, we’re already paying a good amount of money to stay plus having breakfast and drinking at the bar but overall it was worth every dollar 😊

Firstly the service from the front desk was exceptional from a wonderful person called Kasha. Built excellent rapport with us and we could really tell she loved her job. We were made to feel very welcome and relaxed, it was the most pleasant check-in experience i have had on my travels, and i travel a lot. I really hope her pay cheque reflects how much effort she puts in to her job! We were kindly upgraded and the room was very nicely presented and large. Only very thin layers of dust on the lampshades but really unnoticable. Lovely view out the window and the windows were VERY clean. Bed was comfy, had a very pleasant night's sleep. Lovely location as well, close to pretty much everything you need. Just around the corner from a metro station.

Was not a fan of the bathroom. Whilst the bathroom itself seemed clean and tidy to begin with, the bath/shower looked as if it hadnt been cleaned properly in a few weeks at least. I avoided using it as a result. The showerhead had a lot of limescale buildup on the nozzles, watermarks and stains all over the faucet and bath and surrounding areas, as well as rust on the bath tub around the overflow. It was not in a good shape and is sub par compared to the rest of the beautiful room. I would expect a gleaming shiny shower without limescale looking like new in a 4 star hotel with the price we paid, especially in an upgraded room.. Afterall it only takes one spray and wipe to remove :)

The staff was amazing and I do mean amazing? The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the waitstaff was exceptional. The beds were amazingly comfortable and gave us excellent nights of sleep and the rooms felt very clean.

The only thing I didn't like is that the hotel has NO smart TV' s, therefore you could not log onto any streaming services. Also, they had a movie channel option, but it was not connected during our entire stay. Also, their TV set up did not give you a guide, so you had to sift through every station, wait for a commercial to be over to see what was playing on that station. They really need to do something about that situation.

The Westin Long Beach offers a nice gym, a convenient coffee and breakfast shop, and is well-located for catching the Passport bus to the cruise port. The room was comfortable overall.

The room had a musty smell, and it's unclear how the hotel manages cleanliness in pet-friendly areas, particularly with wet carpets. The unexpected destination fee was frustrating—it wasn’t disclosed during booking, and although it could be offset with purchases, we had unknowingly prepaid it, which made us feel misled.

Everything was great, from the accommodations to the bed in my room, the pool/ spa was amazing and the food at their brunch was SO good! even the gym had great facilities! When I arrived I needed a copy made and the staff was so helpful and made a copy for me with no hesitation! Everything was amazing I would 1000% stay here again, in fact I’ll be looking to stay at more Westin’s in the future!

I loved the to go snack place the have it was very convenient my only complaint would be everything in there is over priced and you can’t use your hotel credit in that shop (not to be mistaken with your credit card you can definitely use that). Usually I don’t complain about pricing considering where I was staying but $8 for a bottle of water is a bit much in my opinion. This is my only “complaint” literally everything else was amazing!

Loved the location and surroundings. The facility is beautiful, took a tour around and found it very inviting. Thinking of bringing a family group for a family vacation.

I booked this location because it came up when I was searching for hotels who provided free shuttle service to the Cruise port, was disappointed when I found out there was no shuttle service at all. My second issue was with checkin: 1. The girl couldn't find my reservation. 2. Once I provided my reservation/confirmation number she then said no rooms were ready yet. (It's 5pm). 3. After getting a manager to assist suddenly a room became available. I was not happy with the checkin. The next day the front desk team and the restaurant team were both very attentive and nice. I left feeling much better about the hotel, plan on returning.

Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Loved the taco stand across the street.

My blankets when held up to the light appeared to be moldy on the inside of the duvet, and I only checked because I’m allergic and after laying in the bed for a few, I began to sneeze and nose started running uncontrollably. I’m used to this happening when I have to stay at lesser hotel chains. After the emergency allergy meds kicked in, all was well again. The ac didn’t work too well either. The hallways was freezing, but once in my room it wasn’t as cool. Only was there to sleep before our cruise.

I have hip dysplasia and the extremely tall beds with the pillow top were extremely difficult for me to get into. I have limited mobility with right leg, so could not just climb onto the bed. I had to use the container that holds the recycling and trash bins to get up and into the bed (turned upside down). Then when I finally got on the bed moving around with a leg that has low mobility was almost impossible. The pillow top causes the body to sink into it, so scooting my bum to get int a comfortable position was also very difficult.
