The room was very nice and clean, and had a comfortable king bed. The breakfast was really good, and front desk staff was friendly.

The bathroom lighting was very dim - hard to apply make-up. There was no blow dryer (they said it had been stolen, and they didn’t have extras). Maybe they should install wall-mounted ones. The walk-in shower floor was extremely slippery, and should have either a mat or skid strips. We had to put a towel on the floor - someone could fall easily.

The room was nice. I loved the location and the easy access to the frwy. The breakfast was okay not to much to choose from. I would definitely come back. The price was also reasonable.

The room was nice. But I had to get my room replaced because when I first got there the room key didn't work and open the room so the maintenance person had to open it for us. And a couple of times leaving for breakfast and going to the pool had to wait every time about 10 minutes for the maintenance person to open the door. so finally I asked for my room to be replaced. it was kindly replaced and the new room key was working. other than that had a great stay.

The dim lighting in the bathroom. I was in town for a wedding; and the lighting was not on my side when applying my makeup.

The breakfast was really nice! I appreciated all of the offerings, including scrambled eggs that were not dry:) The lobby area was quite nice and staff was very helpful Free parking was really nice

The bedside lamp had electrical plugs for phone but they were too loose - I woke up to a drained battery:( The handle on the shower was not secured and came off - I alerted the hotel and they said they would take care of it.

EVERYTHING! The moment I walked in the lady at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. The rooms was CLEAN and nice and roomy. The bed was SOOOOO comfortable. We will definitely be back. The lady at check out was also nice and helpful.

Please make breakfast last until 10. When your traveling and you don’t get to the room until 11 pm, and your exhausted….. having to get up early the next day for breakfast is horrible!!! An extended breakfast to at least 10 am would be great! Please add Kleenex boxes to the room. I was actually surprised that there wasn’t one. One last thing, provide flavored coffee creamer for the breakfast nook and leave the coffee out a bit longer! PLEASE 🙏🏽😊💖

The location, the bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked great and I loved the breakfast!

I hate having to pay extra for parking. It’s not even a covered or secure parking lot. Ridicules to charge additional fees with nothing extra to pay for.

Central location, breakfast was good and the room was comfortable.

Unhappy I was charged $15 daily to park that I was unaware of until I was emailed a receipt. Also, would prefer daily room cleaning as opposed to after 3 days stay.

Very convenient. I was very pleased with the staff. I reported loud children running up and down the hallway and the staff put a stop to it immediately.

Need better lighting especially in bathroom for women to put on makeup

The room was impeccably clean. They also provided a free of charge play pen for our baby. Thank you for being so welcoming and willing to accommodate to our needs.

The breakfast could have been a little better. For example, a little more options, but overall, it was okay as well.

Very comfortable bed. Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee maker, spacious shower. Wake up call service is very reliable. Front desk staff is very friendly. They also have a Beer and Wine self serve (at a cost, of course) in the Lobby. Nice hotel over all!

Toilet too low to the floor. Had to ask the Maid for a bar of soap, as the one that I had I used most of washing hands and showering. The TV is slow to change the menu and guide. I had to press really hard repeatedly to get it to function. The continental breakfast was just ok. Bagels small, muffins tiny, eggs scrambled and also hard boiled, cereals, fruit, dry sausage. Bacon was good, but not available on Saturday. Did not eat there on Sunday. Good Coffee. Room was a little pricey.
