I like the late check out and friendly housekeeping staff. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Overall, the staff in general is great and made everything easy for me during my stay. Much appreciated! I also like that they provide bags for doggie cleanup.

There is a fenced courtyard area with grass in the center of it but the gate is kept chained and nobody is allowed access. It looks like they are using the area for storing old air conditioning units. The area looks like a good place for dogs to play but nobody can go in there. Also, both of the dryers in the laundry area are out of service.

The front desk staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. Housekeeping did a great job. Location is good, the Motel is very close to the Santa Ana Zoo, and there is ample parking. I take the bus, and the bus stops right in front of the motel. There is a strip mall across the street, and within it is a small Italian pizzeria and restaurant called Bari. It's on the right side of the strip mall and hard to see, but look for Bari. Great Italian food and reasonably priced. I've been coming to this motel on and off, and one thing that has changed is that the swimming pool has been filled in.

From what I remember, the A/C could've been a little colder. I should've said something, as the filter may have been dirty. The only negative thing I can say is that there are a lot of homeless people loitering in front of the motel and even across the street. I felt a little unsafe and was very cautious at night. The motel can't control homeless people as long as they don't trespass on the motel's property, so this has nothing to do with Motel 6.

The Motel 6 room

They advertise that they have a hot tub...There are over 20 broken A/C sitting over the pool / Hot tub. This is why I chose this location, so 4 days for nothing. No hot tub...I believe I deserve a weeks stay for free...No Hot tub. I went out of my way for the Hot Tub...When I check in then Booking posts a letter stating " We hope you understand." The Effiel Tower could of been there, who kares. blah...blah...blah!

They have quiet hours from 8pm to 8am. I also noticed a security guard walking around the property at night. The location was right off the freeway. There were a few homeless people on the outside of the property but I think it was because there was a bus stop right there. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. The staff was super nice and the rooms were very clean.

There’s not pool but that’s okay. It rained our entire stay.

Clean and easy access to freeways. Helpful and friendly staff. We left our squash racquets behind when we checked out. They let us go into the room when we returned to collect.

Laundry room had no coin change machine and front desk was unable to change coin either.

A well lite living room and sitting area, nice TV, and air conditioner. It was easy to get comfortable.

Too many people walking around late at night. There were a few occasions where I heard people shouting at around midnight and there was one occasion where someone knocked on my door. Obviously I didn't open it because I didn't knock the guy.

I stayed here for 3 weeks attending a training in the area and close to Disneyland. It was comfortable and clean. I appreciated Paulina cleaning my room almost daily. I would’ve appreciated a microwave. But other than that, it was very convenient and priced appropriately.

I like that the staff made checkin in and out so easy. They were up and open to checking me out late night/ early in the morning like 5 am and I was able to get my deposit without any problems.

They now require a $100 deposit fee which is a big issue for a lot of people and usually for me. Also the room smelled terribly of mold and mildew.

Alex they front desk agent was extremely polite, very helpful and professional. I believe he is more than capable of running one of your properties in the near future! Another employee Yasmin, was very helpful as well and willing to resolve and offered a solution right away. Just like Alex,Yasmin is a big asset to your Organization. Their pride towards their work is refreshing.

Customer service is not consistent. Although Alex and Yasmin are impeccable. Other Front Desk employees are not in tuned to what "Customer service" is all about.

The room was very clean, new and comfortable. The staff, especially Sandra, were friendly and helpful.

The outside was not up to the high standard of the room. Trash, dirty sidewalks, junk piled around.
