Really loved that I found this place that was super affordable for my work trip. It was close to everything I needed from food, the beach, and malls! I loved the modern look of the bathroom with the walk in shower. Staff were very nice and understanding that I needed my trash taken so I left my trash can outside my door while they were cleaning another room and they changed it without a problem. There was a desk with a lamp which I used to be able to do work on late at night which was great! Typically hotel blankets are thin and not the best BUT the blanket they had was something else because it held so much heat we actually got hot during the night. Thankfully we were able to control the AC without a problem

I would be cautious about the sink water, it was very cloudy. I wish they gave us at least 1-2 complimentary water bottles for the coffee machine. I did not like that they had water already inside the coffee machine and we did not end using it.

The room itself was clean and comfortable. It had a fridge and microwave. The TV was large, and had a port I could fit a Roku stick in. Staff was polite and the lobby market was full. It was well within my expectations.

Lots of homelessness around the hotel. Kind of dumpy area. When we arrived, there was a man obviously on drugs wandering the parking lot. To be fair, away from the cars, but it didn't inspire confidence. Also, a group of younger adults were hanging out in the parking lot in a large group for hours smoking pot. I wouldn't normally care about that, but it made me uncomfortable to park there.

The bed was very comfortable, and clean. The room and bathroom was relatively clean for the US, the people cleaning it did a great job. The hotel is close to the highway and you're super fast at Disneyland or the Convention Center, without having to pay the prices close to that places. I liked that they had filtered hot water in the lobby, so you could get a proper tea at all time (I travel with my own organic tea and did not try their offer)

Breakfast was typical American. I have a lever disease and can't eat that poisoned artificial food people enjoy in the US in general without running into problems, but they offered bananas, I could eat. Of course they don't use modern 1st world windows anywhere in the US, so I could hear the highway, but it was not a problem, as I was very tired anyway and slept well in the comfortable clean bed. The US likes to produce mountains of plastic and paper trash, so it was no surprise that they only offered paper dishes & cups and plastic flatware - nothing for young generations or kids that wanna save the planet for future generations.

The staff was very friendly the hotel room was nicely cleaned and stocked up with toilet treats the cleaning lady’s where also really friendly and the commentary breakfast was delicious and they had a very clean pool not to deep just deep enough to have fun and the gym was extremely clean and didn’t smell bad and they had a good selection of weights and cardio machines 10 out of 10 would come again

Everything about was good nothing bad about it

Room is clean & bed is comfy. Free bfast in the morning is a plus, they give us quite a variety of choices. Location is ok, surrounded by many other motels, but no restaurants nearby. We had a night flight and asked for late check out, the guy in the front was kind enough to let us stay til 1.30pm.

The bathroom door really needs maintainance since it makes loud noise when we open & close. I woke up the other members when I need to go in the middle of the night, and also the faucet sink is very hard to be lifted up. We stayed for 3 nights & 4 days, on the 3rd day the cleaner only cleaned the bathroom but didnt make up our bed. We didnt complain, its no big issue.

Great value for money, reception is very helpful and friendly. Location is great if you are planning to travel in different directions from LA, a bit far if you would like to spend most of the time inside LA central area. We were traveling by car and parking space was always there at anytime.

Limited breakfast options, area around has nothing to walk, but good if you just use car for any travel and don't need to walk

This was just what we wanted, the room was a good size, clean and the beds were really comfortable. We stayed here to go to Disneyland, which was a little further out, but we got a great deal and was only a 15 minute drive. The breakfast was a real bonus, the selection was good and we were able to take some bagels out for a quick breakfast on the go. Would recommend

We did have an issue when we checked out, that even though the person on reception said it was all paid for in advance so there was nothing to pay, about 5 minutes later as we were about to drive away, we got a banking notification to say there had been another charge for the full amount. I went back in and was told they would sort it, which they did, but this did make the experience a little more stressful than we needed, especially as we were leaving super early for the airport.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of free breakfast choices. Great size shower. Comfortable beds. Nice size room. Good lighting in bathroom. Nice size pool. Free parking. Hotel was nice.

Housekeeping came in to "tidy up" the room and just made the bed that had a stain on the sheets instead of changing them. They also took the towels and didn't replace them. Paint was peeling on upper walls. Area around hotel was kind of ghetto.

The manager and the reception staf were outstanding! The free breakfast each morning was great! All staff I encountered always seem to have a smile and nice hello when I saw them. I had to extend my stay by two nights and the manager and reception staff did it all with no stress on my part. Thank you for making my stay a great experience! Hotel was very clean and very updated rooms furniture etc.

The property was updated and very clean. Juliana at the front desk as well as all of the staff were excellent in providing us with what we needed. Check in was quick and smooth. Great parking out front and it was a great central location to Disneyland as well as Santa Ana Zoo across the street. Breakfast was also great with many options
