We always stay here, good breakfast/ nice rooms etc etc

I disliked how they “don’t allow breakfast to go outside of the eating breakfast area”, when I asked they said it was bc the rooms were messy (couches/floors), which makes sense. BUT they have fridge/microwave, people will obviously bring food into rooms no matter what, so I don’t understand the difference of taking breakfast foods and eating them in comfort (pjs etc) vs HAVING to get breakfast there and stay there until finished. (As a mom of 2 crying children this was annoying bc they watch tv while I eat / I can have them get ready while I eat).

Size of room was bigger than expected for executive, staff was so incredibly friendly. Sabrina was great! I flew in late, was so exhausted. She offered me a water with a snack. There is a complimentary shuttle to and from John Wayne Airport. The room was clean, spacious, and cutely decorated. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Coffee maker in room. Clean bathroom. I felt very confident at this location as a solo female traveler.

Property is a little older/rundown and can be seen on breezeway walkways, walls, and room doors. Carpet could definitely use a shampoo or upgrade. TV signal kept going in and out.

Close to shopping locations, food, and my family which was a plus for me. Lots of amenities, staff was very friendly, breakfast was great (waffles, bagels, bread, eggs, bacon, sausages, yogurt, oatmeal, cereals, juices, & coffee—there were so many options)

I did feel the room could have been a bit cleaner, there was a little spot of food (or something) on the floor that could have been cleaned up with a warm rag and some cleaning products. Wish some of the channels on the t.v. came in. The t.v. remote was a bit difficult when trying to select something to watch. Other than that, no other complaints.

Value for money, quiet location. Spacious 2 double beds fit for a family of 5.

Breakfast the same daily. Still need to take a lyft to Disney.

I appreciated being able to bring my dog to stay with me. I live in the San Bernardino mountains and needed to take my dog to the pet cancer veterinarian in Tustin for treatment three days in a row. A long drive from the mountains, so staying at the La Quinta Inn made getting to and from the vet for those three days so much easier.

Just one suggestion----the floor of the shower was very slippery. I had to be extremely careful not to fall in the shower. Perhaps a shower mat or some type of roughening of the floor surface would help.

My favorite thing about this hotel, that has me coming back is definitely the staff, the size of the room and the proximity to all the things in the city. The entire location is always so clean and welcoming. I like everything from checking in with the welcoming staff, like Elizabeth and Vanessa who greeted me every time I walked in or out of the lobby. The size of the room and the bathroom are truly the best as well. Loved all the toiletries provided as well. I would also like to state that even though I was in a room next to the pool and plenty of families were using the pool, the noise was to a minimum, which was so nice, most hotels you can hear your neighbors breathe and this location seems to do great with noise.

I've only had one complaint in the past which is the size of the trash cans are bit small for those that stay longer than 3 days, however I resolved that issue by contacting the lobby and making sure my trash was picked up. The only thing I would love to see (not a major complaint) is that there was a second ice machine maybe like in the lobby, since the only one is located on the second floor in a deep corner and as a female I feel a bit unsafe going late at night.

It was basic. A little overpriced for what you got, but Orange County is expensive so I get it. I had a nice room and bathroom. Everything was clean and comfy. Breakfast had a decent selection.

My only complaint was the noise from the airport. You can hear the airplanes fly over. Through no fault of the hotel, there was a huge group of people there that was running up and down the hall and loudly talking. Slightly irritating that no one asked them to quiet down as it was late.

Breakfast is not great. Very plebeian. Hotel needs to have better choices for food. Feels like the hotel is skimping on breakfast. Could use some style of danish and quit making customers ask for fresh fruit like bananas. I have to ask every morning. They have them but staff does not bring them out. Need a better selection of cereal as well. Not enough choices. One of the worst free breakfast meals I’ve had and I have traveled a lot.

I really love the property and the location of it. My view was extraordinary and I loved the staff that was working at the moment when I checked in

I didn’t like the fact that when I went downstairs in the lobby to use it at midnight to do some of my work on my iPad I was questioned by the staff and verified to see if I was there. I think this was more of a they were typing discrimination rather than really asking me if I was verified to live there or if I was staying night at the hotel

This is the best hotel to stay in, within orange county! This is always my go to because all the staff is amazing and friendly, the rooms are clean and huge! I love the amenities that the hotel provides as well such a great time staying here.

I have stayed here multiple times and about 50% of time one or two of the TV's in the room don't work. While this is an issue that the front desk employees cannot fix, i wish that hotel would get a better at fixing this issue as it has happened on multiple occasions.
