The location was good, nice backdrop of the mountains. Rooms were spacious, bed comfortable, shower was great. We stayed in quite a few hotels on our travels in California, but these rooms had all of what we needed i.e. microwave, fridge, sink, sofa, table to eat at, desk for any work, and TV. Breakfast was provided and there was a restaurant on site which was great. All in all a wonderful stay.

We were left for 15 minutes waiting at the desk. But someone from the hotel came and checked us in. The only thing we thought could have been added is a kettle for hot water for those who drink tea.

Tucked away between Marguerite and the Toll Road is Ayres Suites, quiet, convenient location, welcoming front desk staff... and the accommodations were wonderful. I've never stayed with this particular line of hotels but I'm glad I did because now I know to recommend to people visiting the south OC Spacious rooms (king bed suite,tall ceilings if you get the 3rd floor), interiors include dark woods, vinyl textured (wipeable) couch, great coffee bar area w/ microwave & fridge as well. Jetted tub of you dig taking baths (not 4 me), roomy bathroom Overall great furniture placement. Free freshly prepared breakfast daily with great options & very nice woman at the helm. Delicious. Lobby has desks to work on your laptop Cozy fireplace in the lobby with a conversation grouping of couches & chairs I really couldn't have asked for any better of a stay. Very safe for a solo traveler. Also just 5 miles away is RSM & tons of shopping & Trader Joe's/Ralph's, Target, Ross etc.

My partner have stayed here together twice, and each stay has been great. The staff are friendly, polite, and professional. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the included breakfast is great…definitely better than your typical complimentary hotel breakfast. It couldn’t be a better value.

There’s a small patio with tables and chairs off of the breakfast room. Unfortunately, the door automatically locks behind you, so, unless you purposefully close the door very slowly, and prevent it from latching, you’ll be locked out. Having a keyed entry from that area would be better.

It is quiet as far as traffic noise, and in a pretty location. It is nearby to a shopping center. Parking was easy. Rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable, with good maid service.

It was quite distant from any freeways, so it adds 10 to 15 minutes of travel time. Our room was facing the parking lot, so there was a little bit of noise from that. I did not like the air conditioner placement right next to the bed. It cycles on and off during the night and is noisy. There was a smell in the hallway. I’m not sure if it was the carpet off-gassing or if someone had thrown up earlier, but it was off-putting. Last, it was a convenience to have the free breakfast, but this is not a great breakfast. Coffee is sour and the scrambled eggs seemed a little artificial.

Very clean, comfortable and generiously spacious rooms. Even though it was just two of us it was great to have the lounge area to spread out and pack all our shopping. We hired a car so the location didn’t bother us, however it was good to be located in a quiet area. Breakfast was good, free parking was awesome, we had no issues finding a park.

Guests were sent to our room by accident late at night we had to wake up and let them know to stop trying to swipe in and go back to reception. No one called to apologise. Also there was a dog two rooms away that barked often. It would be good to put pets on a different floor.

The bathroom area had a separate toilet/tub area. I really like that when traveling. The extra sink was also nice. Free breakfast and parking were much appreciated and were why we picked this hotel.

Small issues, but the bathroom door was really squeaky so in the middle of the night it would wake others. Also in the tub area there was only a light with a fan so that was also noisy in the middle of the night. Would be nice to have a room safe.

Front desk staff was very courteous. Loved having a warm cookie in the late afternoon. Very good included breakfast. LOVED the 12pm checkout time. Enjoyed the pool area.

Friday evening I think a large number of guests arrived, maybe for a wedding. We went to eat at the restaurant in the hotel property. They were overwhelmed. Which I could have understood, but a woman with brownish/reddish hair was unpleasant about it towards us. Instead of letting us know they were understaffed and asking us for patience, she made me feel like we were an inconvenience. Not the actual waitress/server. She was busy, as well, but courteous. The food itself was fantastic. All three of us enjoyed all our food.

We stayed here 4 night when we visited US for our Disneyland trip. This was a last minute booking we did mid flight and we were very happy with our stay, location is very peaceful and beautiful, staff are friendly, rooms are big and clean. We will definitely stay here when we return to US again.

Only thing we thought could be better is breakfast, it was the same menu every day and when you stay multiple nights you get sick of breakfast menu, we stayed 7 nights at ALO hotels by Ayres in Anaheim after we checked out from here and they had the same tasting items in their breakfast aswel. ( i believe Ayres use similar ingredients for their breakfast menus across hotels they run) So we kind of gave up on waking up for breakfast towards the end of our stay. It’s best of the menu could change from day to day.

We stayed for one night and found it to be a great value, especially with breakfast/amenities included. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. I was pleasantly surprised to see egg whites with spinach available—something I’ve never encountered at a hotel breakfast buffet before! The only downside was the location, as it’s right next to the freeway, which can be a bit noisy. However, we were aware of this when booking, and considering the price, it was still a good deal.

The room view was breathtaking and I live in Ladera Ranch! I am a disgruntled silver Honors member and you guys have outdone yourselves. The staff were so sweet. The aesthetic was gorgeous inside and out. The restaurant food was so good and fresh along with a very nice hostess. I definitely will be returning and looking forward to staying at the other 23 locations in the future.
