The location was amazing and perfect. It was close by to multiple restaurants and not to far away from stores. Checking out and In was an easy process, the women who checked us in was also lovely. I loved how recycling bins were avaible inside the room. And loved the small "convenience store" in the lobby filled with drinks, snacks, and necessities.

There wasn't a trash can (besides the small one in the bathroom) that we could us, nor any bags to collect trash in. The water pressure in the sink was far too high. The limited/lack of luggage carts was inconvenient.

The staff were friendly upon check-in and throughout the stay. The room smelled wonderful yet subtle when entering. It was a very good-sized room with a view of the mountains, a sofa and coffee table. It was hot outside, and the A/C cooled down the room fairly quickly. Overall, the hotel was clean as staff were always seen cleaning, though they would pause to greet you. Good location with a lot of restaurants, shopping, access to mountains, 15-20 min to Ontario airport, and short drive to freeways.

I wanted the AC on, though the cover on the bed was very light and no extra blanket in the closet. I was chilled throughout the 1st night. I did turn the A/C down before bed the next couple nights, and it was more comfortable. The mattress and pillows were not bad/not good either. I don't like down pillows in how they collapse. I've been at so many other hotels that provide two of each firmer/down. The mattress was just okay. I didn't pay attention to where the full sized towels were before getting in the shower. Rather than being next to the shower on top of the rack, there were on a shelf by the sink. The bathtub was not completely cleaned, and I used a wash cloth to wipe it down before showering. None of this was a deal breaker, though, and I would stay here again.

The room was good sized and the bed was very comfortable. Nice, hot shower. Very close to numerous restaurants and shopping. Although this hotel has been around for many years, it is well maintained.

The first room I was given had not been cleaned (unmade bed, cup of water on table, coffee maker had a pod in it, etc.) However, front desk clerk got me a different room immediately. Although their seating areas on each floor near elevator is a nice touch, people used them as very noisy gathering areas and the noise traveled to the room. Also, although I was on the 6th floor, noise from people at the pool was disturbing. However, most of these issues were due to guests, not the hotel itself.

On May 27, 2024 I stayed one night at BW Heritage 8179 Spruce St., Ranch Cucamonga, CA. I am disabled so I requested a room equipped with a bathroom friendly to my needs. After I showered I observed that the water didn't drain but ran under the door and pooled up in the corridor and ran into the motel hallway. I was horrified and nearly fell exiting to retrieve my clothes. The incident made me feel humiliated and untidy. Please refund me for my stay.

The property is very clean. The accommodations are standard. However, the refrigerators in the room are quite spacious and nice. Staff was friendly. The breakfast items were varied, and food was good. I especially like the location of the hotel as it is close to many restaurants, including Starbucks. ;)

The hotel is not luxurious feeling. The hallways on the main floor that lead to the café, and Jim are very clean; the area looks like a hsspital.

Nosey in the first floor hallways ( people taking loudly and walking by loudly just unpleasant while trying to have peace and quiet

Very clean, hand sanitizers at coffee stations, elevators and in cafe. Fitness gym was clean, bring your own sanitizer there.

Only thing we didn’t like was a bottle of water in the lobby vending machine was $5.50, we expected to pay more, but that was pretty outrageous.

Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fresh fruit. I liked that you could make a burrito. We have been traveling for a week so I was happy to be able to do our laundry too.

When we walked into a room it smelled of smoke. Went to the desk and she was sweet and sprayed which helped.

We checked in quite late (0233) and the front desk lady was quite rude.

Very clean hotel, great staff, very good breakfast with variety of choices

The only slight negative was that they have a snack kiosk that didn’t seem to be restocked regularly and quite pricey and only option for payment is a debit or credit card.
