We have stayed here several times while our son attended CBU and it was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the breakfast.

I have always received a receipt at the end of our stays and I have always booked the stays through booking.com. However, this last visit the hotel staff member refused to issue a receipt stating that they couldn't due to my booking method. Also, I called with a special request. I was told a note of the request would be in the computer. There was no follow through. Please advise staff members better

The location with adjacent shopping center. Clean comfortable room. Kind courteous staff. Nice breakfast.

Being on the third floor, I could hear people walking on the fourth floor, constant walking and it was not a muffled sound, it was as if, they were hardwood floors with no insulation between floors. Next time, I will request the 4th floor. The staff was kind, but not as welcoming and energized as most hotels. The breakfast hits the spot, but not sure is made from real eggs and cheese.

Breakfast was fantastic especially the omelet. The choices are great!

The pillows were very soft. I found two insects crawling in the toilet floor. One was already dead on the soiled towel. The second one I was able to kills. The color is light brown. I don't know if it is a cockroach. After my first night, my feet and ankles had bites. I don't know where it came from. The room was overall clean but there are these insects crawling at night time.

I really like the location of the hotel and how peaceful everything was. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. I felt very safe.

Something that was a struggle was one of the elevators was out of order so it was more difficult to go down to the lobby and back up to our room as it would take a long time for the elevator to get down.

The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and helpful, especially Shay-Shay and Joy (front desk checkin), Jennifer in the breakfast lounge, and Michael (front desk check out).

hooks in the bathroom for easier hanging things, more counter space; a sofa in the suite would have been comfortable, though ours was handicapped access so maybe that wasn't possible.

The hotel has good security, a delicious buffet breakfast until 10am everyday, my room was fantastic - very modern and spotlessly clean with the convenience of a mini fridge and microwave. Quiet location.

The communication between reception and housekeeping needs to be improved. I gave a 24hr notice for a room clean and it wasn’t done. So my advice is to check on the date of cleaning that it’s scheduled on the system. Besides this hiccup, everything was excellent.

The breakfast was very nice. The daytime staff was extremely pleasant.

The check-in was very difficult. The late night staff refused to use the church credit card I used to book the room. My family had to wait in the car for an additional 2 hours until I was able to secure the room with my personal credit card.

Near restaurants, all different foods and options within a 1 minute walk all around the hotel. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, great breakfast all morning, so my kids could go down and eat while I worked until check out. The AC worked awesome. We were nice and cool. Slept comfortably. Overall, great stay.

Everything was great and great value. Nothing to dislike.

I left me wallet in the room and when I came to pick it up the days later (spare wallet with ATM, insurance card, etc) - I had hid it in the room), this middle-aged fair-skinned, Hispanic woman who looked like Mimmie from the free Carey show with her heavy makeup, told me “that’s weird”. she totally disregarded me! she asked me the date of my arrival, departure and room number. she then asked if I was “Melissa “. Do I look like a Melissa? She then left the front desk for about 15 minutes. I held to knock on the counter “Hello can someone help me please?” Then this tall African American man came out and asked what did I want. I asked for the receptionist and he said she was busy - he then escorted me to the room. I got t wallet and he said, “you really did leave your wallet! As I was leaving the lobby she came out and then I waived my wallet at her and said - it wasn’t weird after all!!!

The property was very nice, as Hampton Suites usually are, clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I have stayed at your DTR location but this location is equally as nice and easy to access, as well as less expensive. It is closer to where my kids live so it will be my preferred location from now on.
