It was really nice for not being a superhigh end hotel. I'll stay here again if I'm in the area. Bonus it was right next to Dutch Bros!!

The key machine was broken and they were waiting for the part to come in. It wasn't something that will be an issue every time you stay. It was a small inconvenience and it will not stop me from staying here again. I just felt bad for the staff who had to walk every guest to their room to let them in.

The Stay was extremely comfortable, I needed a hotel for another week and had the option of here or a 4.5 star luxurious hotel that i stayed at a few weeks back and well I'm writing this review from this very Extended Stay. It is quiet despite offcourse hotels having thin walls. As well as the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your stay especially Alyssa and Fred. The maids do a good job at respecting the noise levels, where at other places they slam doors all day long. I didn't even know when they were on my floor. Extending my stay was easy and affordable. It felt like I moved into an apartment with how friendly it was. Definitely recommend to stay here.

Jocelyn at the front desk was amazing . She treated us like family and took care if all our needs. She offered us great daily room pricing. I felt like a VIP. SHE COULD TEACH HOTEL STAFF HOW TO OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE.IF TGERE WAS A SPOT IN THE DICTIONARY FOR GER TO BE...IT WOULD BE RIGHT NEXT TO THE WORD... HOSPITALITY. SHE KNOWS HER STUFF.

I enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable .

I was looking for glasses after brushing my teeth to rinse. I didn't see the plastic cups as they were behind the box of tissues. I discovered them the morning we were leaving. Please leave them where they are more visible.

Very convenient when in between places ,like when they have discounts,for most part a friendly place.

If u have a car please ,lock ur door and windows ,because occasionally ,I've heard of homeless or drug addicts breaking into cars in the night time. But overall it's an okay place .

The staff went above and beyond to please us as guests. They took such great care of our needs. Jocelyn was our lifeline during our stay. Such a great leader and vguest advocate. She could teach other front desk employees how to care for guests. We will miss her.

It's always convenient for me and my kids,since we are in transitional looking for a place in Riverside county. Love the conventional breakfast ,always clean and comfortable.Love the gym🩷.

Prices are a little expensive even on the weekdays.But worth the drive.

The location was PERFECT. Surrounded by local restaurants, grocery stores, shopping outlets/complexes, gas stations and much of what you may think of, grabbing anything you may need or have forgotten was incredibly easy and convenient. My daughter had a soccer tournament, it was us and one of her teammates and we had the devil queen suite, which was perfect. The restroom was a nice open, well lit space, and with a winco just down the road, and a target, it was easy to stock the full-size fridge and kitchen cupboards to be able to cook the girls some healthy meals before their games. I loved that there were two stove burner options that were flat on the counter, so the stove did not take up any amount of space really, and the sink was nice sized and not shallow, I can’t stand shallow kitchen sinks, ha ha. We were able to watch it just about any cable channels we wanted, so while we were winding down, it was nice to be able to pop some popcorn in the microwave and put on a movie and relax. The laundry room on the first floor was larger and more spacious than the one that we use when we had stayed at one of the Marriott. And the laundry room takes coin or card or you can download the app from the QR codes that are in the laundry room, and not only do you get a free wash and dry, but the app tells you where you are at with your load. I’d say there were 10 washing machines and 10 dryers and the washroom was right across from the office, there are cameras inside, and you have to use your room card to get it. So I liked how secure it was. The workout room, which is around the corner, but next to the laundry room was perfect. it wasn’t gym sized, but it was gym quality and had very nice machines and options to work out. As soon as we checked in, I could smell how clean it was, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and very accommodating. As soon as we went to our room, even the girls commented on how clean it was. I love that!

The back side of the property where there is, a row of parking is not monitored with cameras, but to be fair, there’s only one row of parking back there and you can see it from all of the rooms on the backside. Also, the location wasn’t bad so we chose to park back there anyway and I wasn’t worried or stressed about it.

Everyone was so nice. The place smelled cleaned when walking in. The room was very cleaned and nicely kept. I will stay here everytime I visit. I will highly recommend this location. Especially if you are in need of a stove and refrigerator. Which made our stay feel like home away from home.

Laundry room, borrow kitchen utensils when needed, and always going above n beyond when needed towels and toilet paper.Always nice n helpful🩷.Staff n maintenance man always helpful.

Prices been going up but it's worth the drive.
