We were there for a softball tournament and some families stayed for 5 days and your entire staff was just great especially Eric at the Front Desk, he worked the afternoon shift until 11:00pm and on one occasion worked a double until the next morning he was personable, friendly, respectful and took care of all our needs it’s employees like him that made our stay enjoyable. I had an emergency at my home due to a power outage and we needed to find a place for me, my two kiddos, and three small pups. The front desk accommodated me quickly and was very sincere. The housekeepers were super friendly and they loved my frenchie!

Their key system was down-- not really their fault-- strong winds and fires were surrounding the areas.

We booked a room @ the Hampton Inn after our original booking with another hotel did not week out. So glad it went this way because the Hampton Inn was far superior! We were a little rattled when we arrived but Maria on reception was so sweet we relaxed immediately. We found all the staff so friendly, nothing was a bother. The room was clean & cool, a very comfy bed & well appointed bathroom. Breakfast was fresh & delicious with hot & cold choices + fresh fruits. Good coffee too! Plenty of easy parking on the property as well.

Relatively quiet location, clean room and the breakfast was pretty good. Staff members were helpful and friendly.

No beautiful views from this location, but it did have quick access to freeway and restaurants.

My hotel stay at Hampton Inn was great. Staff was very pleasant and made sure I had everything I needed. I was impressed with the cleanliness of my room as well.

I was under impressed with the complimentary breakfast. I dont feel there were many choices compared to other complimentary breakfast options at other hotels. The oatmeal was very thick and I could barely get it off of the spoon into the bowl. The sausage did not taste good.

The breakfast was excellent. Good variety and the staff kept everything stocked and clean

An option for an earlier check in will help me in the future

Hard to find the driveway, it kinda blended in with the area. Missed it the first time, had to go around the block to reenter the parking lot.

the breakfast was bad. I'm not a real picky or needy person, that being said I can eat most anything. The eggs were watery, sausage looked undercooked. would have liked to see some more fruit selections since other food was bad, like bananas stocked. That's only bad experience.

The staff was incredible! Great customer service over all. Everyone who worked at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
