Staff resolved problems - we got issued a room that was taken due to a staff-stay issue. We had to go into a pet-friendly room that smelled bad. BUT, staff (Raymond) and Mgr resolved it for us the next day by offering us a discount - this really made up for the bad smell and the inconvenience of back and forth.

Very nice with big rooms. I booked 4 rooms for a gift for some friends to stay. They were over all happy. 😃

When I arrived to make sure all the rooms that I booked or available, I was told they didn't have availability for two of the queen rooms that I paid for a month ago. Ended up working out and we got the rooms but carpets were wet and there were no blankets or sheets for the pull out beds in 2 of the rooms I was told. Otherwise it was fine. And a bit under staffed.

There are several restaurants, a gas station (for snacks and drinks, toiletries), and a nice park all within walking distance. The location is so peaceful and calm. The hotel itself was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good! This is also a pet friendly hotel so that was a plus. Overall my experience here was great!

Everything about this hotel was amazing. exceptional customer service, and very professional. staff members . The rooms are very spacious clean and stylish with comfortable beds Excellent shower and gym as well.

The breakfast was good most days, though one day they did not have a protein offering, and 2 days there was no butter.

My room, #222 was directly above the two sliding entry doors and the disturbed me.

It is an amazing location and very close to shopping areas and freeway. Outstanding customer service. Welcoming and friendly staff members. Beautiful decor and very comfortable rooms

The property was very clean the rooms were nice it was close to a nice shopping center and breakfast was available in the morning honestly had no complaints and if I ever plan on going to corona definitely will be staying here again also has a really nice little pond near by where I saw some cute turtles left a photo of said turtles

Great location with a very pleasant walk, a lot of cute boutiques and coffee shops.

It is clean. WiFi is fast. The area is great! We had a short trip, but it was really enjoyable. We deffinetly are going to choose this hotel next time.

SO COMFORTABLE

WE WERENT TOLD THERE WAS AN $100 SECURITY CHARGE AT CHECK IN BY COUNTER PERSON..SO WHEN I LOOKED AT MY BILL IT WAS OVER THE AMOUNT THAT I SHOULD HAD BEEN CHARGED FOR. CALLED TO FIND OUT AND THE LADY I SPOKE WITH LET ME KNOW ABOUT IT.. THANK YOU
