I had read some reviews of this place before I booked with them. A word that I remember reading was DISAPPOINTING. I was worried about that up to the point of booking with them but when I walked into the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The size was larger than expected and surprisingly clean and well kept. I had a quiet and peaceful stay.

Wifi was spotty at best and was on and off during my stay. I was able to do what I needed to do but it just took longer than usual to get started and finished.

The Riverside Police department is right next door along with event Sports bar you can walk there and also a grocery store is right across the street and del taco is right next door so you don't have to drive. I felt that the staff was friendly

They didn't have an ice machine or any coffee and they closed the main lobby so there was no microwave

The room and the staff are the best ever the manager is a very kind and understanding guy and very kind to my kids and the maids, and maintenance guy is very kind as well I give it a big 10

The area is not the best because of the people and what they do everyday

THE POOL! My 2 kids spent almost the entire time of our stay in the pool we really enjoyed it. The hot tub seemed to be out of order. Still had a blast the entire trip the staff was nice and helpful as well.

Just wish the hot tub was up an running.

The staff has wonderful customer service they are very nice and respectful and that's why I keep going back no matter what's going on there.this is the most affordable and that helps out a lot .

the office staff and the maintenance staff are very friendly and that's encouraged and the hotels very clear

tvs are not smart tvs so i couldn't use my hotspot

The location is very convenient close to freeways and shopping center.

Room cozy and everything in it worked. Fridge is a good touch. Friendly staff. Clean room.
