I loved that the pool was open till 11pm and they even had a little fire pit near the pool area. The snackbar being open 24hrs was really convenient. Beds were soft and came with plenty of pillows. We were also at the convention center right next door which was very nice.

Prices at the snackbar were extremely high and the only way to pay was by card, making it cost more. The Starbucks at the bar was also expensive. Checked the menu for their dinner downstairs and it was as high as I expected but very little options which made it seem like not a good value but without trying the food, not sure on that one. Parking for guests should either be discounted or already included in the prices when booking.

All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge, security, and cleaning staff we all very professional during my brief interactions with them. The room was spotless when I arrived which a relief compared to some other, non-Marriott facilities I've been to recently.

Finding the entrance was a little awkward without GPS. I ended up walking around the block before finding my way to the front door due to lack of signage. It was not communicated that the parking voucher would cost an additional fee on top of the room fee but that is my fault for not questioning it further when prompted. Additionally, it was either not communicated or went over my head but I regret missing out on the complimentary breakfast. Finally, this survey not having any way to opt out and sending me 2-3 emails a week seems a bit excessive. I know that doesn't have anything to do with my stay but there's not many other places I can put this.

Check in wasn't until 4 but I arrived earlier then expected because I thought there would be traffic due to the holiday weekend I got there about 230 when I arrived the girls at the front desk were very nice and said they could check me in not problem. They asked me if I was there for the convention I said yes I think they noticed I was nervous and said that they would love to see me I told them well I'm going to look like a giant purple fart. In the morning I came down stairs nd the other girls at the desk were very cheerful excited took pics with me and the previous girl saw me at the convention as well but my stay was very nice staff was friendly I wasn't from there so they told me what places were good to try for food nd what cute local shops were around to explore. They were kind to let me store my luggage there while I was at the event until my friends arrived I appreciated that because most places don't I was worried I be carrying it around for the whole morning and in costume too.

The jacuzzi was cold.. There was a sign that said the engineer was fixing it, but the sign was a piece of paper that looked like it had been there for a long time.. Didn’t appreciate that..

Location was great- lots of walkable restaurants and entertainment. Room was nice and very clean. Soaps and shampoos mounted in he shower were great!

Wifi was not free unless you had booked the room through their rewards program. Exterior lights shine into the hotel even with drapes closed. Elevator across the hall was very loud and could be heard all night.

The location was great. And staff was very friendly.

The parking in the garage was not great. It was complicated getting out. The view was nice but could have been better.

Directly across from convention center and right at the cute old town. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. They had a nice bar with friendly staff. Restaurant on site.

Bed wasn’t that great but ok.

Easily accessible.. Friendly staff.. great prices. Very clean.

The dining area. No one was around no staff. When someone finally came didn’t really know about menu.. food seemed like it was frozen and microwaved. Very disappointed would not recommend at all!!

Excellent front desk service from Vanessa and awesome friendly help from Nate and Dillon. I will definitely stay here next time I'm in the downtown area.

Location near bars and places to eat. Had never ventured in downtown Riverside, good location for that. Pool available at an early time, 6am, that was really combina y for those who like to avoid a crowded pool, I do.

Pool was not too small but a bigger pool would make it a bit more luxurious.
