For context, this place was designed and made about 5 years ago as a response to COVID and low income housing to get people off the streets and "stop the Spread". With that being said, this place is WELL worth the stay for anyone needing a place temporarily but can't afford an apartment in today's economy.. It's an "extended stay hotel" and it comes with a full blown fridge, built-in microwave and even a stove! Compared to the last hotel I stayed at, this place had a FULL Laundromat inside with more than 8 dryers and 5 washes. The last place had only ONE set... Be warned though, the card reader system doesn't work well In the wash room, so bring quarters. Hallways were temp controlled and the room was fresh and clean. The bed in the photo is my blow up mattress lol sorry but.. trust issues

I came fully prepared for bugs with spray and cleaning supplies.. None of that, bad reviews had me on edge. They said cockroaches we're running underneath the fridge, the shower had mold, and people smoking in the hallways... None of that, haha I'm serious, I was scared but this place either got smoked by bad reviews or they shaped up QUICK. My room was clean, no smoking in hallways and shower had ZERO mold. My only complaint was some woman a few doors down screaming for some reason every now and then "YOU ARE NOT MY GOD"... I assumed it was normal since no one complained or called the cops... Which should tell you about the "patience" of the residents in this place. Lol E.g. no cussing, or threatening, or shooting.. Just a screaming lady 🤷🏾‍♂️

I loved how clean and quiet the property is. There are no people wandering around the hotel that do not belong there so it felt very safe for our vehicle and kids. The rooms were very nice and clean and a very nice size the beds where comfortable . There is also a kitchenette to make it feel like home. There are no rodents or bugs and they keep the suite up to make sure there are no damage anywhere on the property The staff is amazing from Jonathon to Monique to summer Esther Maria and all the cleaning ladies . the Minute we ask for help they show concern and will help as best as they can. There is a laundry facilities and a small gym to be able to wash clothes and get your work out done while there. The rates are perfect especially for our little family way cheaper then the other suites for the daily and weekly rates. The suit is very nicely kept up they are always cleaning and maintaining what they need to. Thank you again for such a great staff helping to keep a nice running suite and make all there guest happy.

Disrespected us over our LATINO IHSS GUY WHO WAS DEAF (IM MIXED BLK) & mildly SCHIZO & CIGARETTE CRAZY always askin for tobacco but i told them hes a lil slow up front & due to him straling i bought a CITY TOUR BUS but got put out over standing up for HIS RIGHTS & RACIST COLTON PD TOWED IT After i put it in open LOT ON RIV AVE & VALLEY BLVD Bcuz i told MS OFFISHIT that SHE WAS RUDE.

Staff was unfair to clients yrs ago.

Not sure what the young lady name is at the front desk she gets off at 11:00 but she has wonderful loving front service love the way she worked and was very nice friendly made me feel at home and I'm thinking it was a manager that I spoke to he's awesome also I would love to stay there longer but the price is just too much for me so I had to go to Best Western but other than that I loved it

The ladies at the reception were exceptional Yra, Amanda and Miriam. Very friendly souls.

Some guests smoking in the hallways. The smoke would sip through the door into my room. That wasn't OK

Didn’t plan to get a hotel that night. The traffic was completely stopped and still had a long drive. We decided to to get a hotel and we found this one. Staff was amazing very kind took us in right away.

There was lil roches in the bedroom.

I loved the room and how spacious and big it is. There is plenty of kitchen cabinet room and I love that there’s a full size fridge and not just a mini one. The bathroom is also very nice, wasn’t expecting there not to be a door but it wasn’t a problem. Also love that it has 2 showerheads, the little detachable one made it easy to wash my children since my room did not come with a tub. When I arrived room was very clean. Absolutely only problem I have with this hotel is the area it is located. Lots of homelessness especially in the parking lot but there are plenty of stores near by.

the sudden rise of rates there are multiple families staying here I’m one of them and making it hard to survive plus staff is really rude especially tanisha no respect dude for no reason and treats people bad

I don’t believe we were able to use the pool because it was stuffy in there and the pool was dirty if i’m not mistaken

i really enjoyed the cleanliness and spacious rooms and bathrooms it was just an excellent stay ! also the staff members were really nice and helpful also enjoyed the fitness room and cleanliness.
