Location was good! Lots of food and retail stores near by. The king suite was huge! It came with a hot tub

Busy street, smoking is allowed so it smelled like cigarettes.

There was no coffee in the coffee pots at breakfast time. The location of the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The cats that live there were friendly too & added to our enjoyment.

The bed in our room was uncomfortable. The mattress was hard so we had to use blankets from our car to cushion it. The in-room refrigerator did not have a temperature control knob so our food froze. We were not able to get closed captions on the TV and the front desk clerk did not know how to turn them on either which was disappointing. Hotel staff should know how to do that for hard of hearing guests such as us.

Enjoyed the size of the bed, the restroom counter top and long mirror.

My card was getting fraud alerts due to the atm machine which then ended up getting my card locked.

Did not have breakfast this time. Slept in a left around check out time

There was a constant loud ringing from my room. If that wasn’t there it would’ve been a lot better.

No housekeeping offered, but lots of clean towels given! No continental breakfast available. Convenient to town facilities

Noisy parking lot, NOT enough toiletries, early check- in was not available to coincide with our morning airport arrival. We had to wait until 2:00pm after traveling since 4am was not convenient.

There was NO breakfast, that would have made it better. It was quiet, clean, secure, easily see the parking lot from any of the rooms as the parking is in the center of the U shaped facility

Breakfast was advertised upon booking, but was not available after booking. Nor was there an explanation of why it was not available.

Pool area very loud, cars playing loud music in parking lot into midnight hours was very annoying.
