Check in was rough, there was no one in the front desk when I arrived, had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to show up. Receptionist was nice when she finally arrived, looks like staff issues. Clean spacious room with comfortable beds. Nice quiet location. Food was good only issue was that the attending staff member took a long time to refill food for the amount of people that were staying in the hotel. Overall, a good stay and would recommend staying anytime. Will come back when visiting my family again.

Not enough attendants for breakfast time. Hot food was taking a long time to come out and get refilled for amount of guest staying in hotel.

I have stayed numerous amounts of time in this location over the course of a couple years. Definitely recommend it .

On this particular stay however.. the male staff members that checked us in was extremely rude . We had just traveled 6hrs and it was late night . It seemed as if he was upset because we had booked through the app instead of the facility it’s self, like it was a big deal or something. Mind you we have always booked through the app every time we stay at this location with no issues what so ever . He was also extremely rude to the people in front of us as l was able to listen to their conversation. I did bring it to staff members attention on my day of check out and they were very understanding and apologetic about the entire situation. How ever this will not stop us from choosing this location in the future.

I chose Holiday Inn Express because I know that they always have a great breakfast bar! This was no exception. Always something yummy, and quite a selection, too. The location was not what I had expected, it was close to the freeway and the parking lot entrance was a bit difficult to find - I drove past it twice! On the other hand, after getting familiarized with it, it was no issue at all. I was able to drive easily to Loma Linda, San Bernardino, and some areas in Colton to take care of business. Finding the on and off ramps to the freeway - once familiarized with them - became pretty easy. My room was very quiet and had a great view of the surrounding hills and mountains. The a/c worked well and kept the room cool without freezing me - or overbaking me! There was quite a selection of channels on the TV, too. I'd stay here again due to its convenience, the breakfast bar, the quiet room, and the staff. They were friendly and cheerful - and easy to talk with! Check-in and out was a breeze. No issues at all. Pretty much a five star all the way around.

The only issue was finding the entrance to the parking lot. Otherwise, it is what it is, a nice, comfortable, and convenient place to stay while in town!

Your place is a great value for the money. The whole place is well maintained. Your staff was very friendly Fromm front desk to the cleaning staff. The pool and jacuzzi are extremely clean and were great to use. Even the gym was impeccably clean and the equipment was in great condition. Oh! And your breakfast offerings were absolutely delicious. Great job!!!

What I did not like about your property is I should have stayed there the entire month of my stay. Unfortunately, I was at another nearby hotel the first three weeks of my stay and stayed at your place my fourth week. Wish I could have stayed there my entire month in Colton.

Okay so when I first saw it was right off the freeway I was skeptical 😂 BUT it’s nice y’all ! Theres vast Parking, and There’s a security guard patrolling the parking lot so it felt good knowing my car was also well taken care of. The room was nice and clean it just felt a bit small (granted it was my first time booking so I didn’t really know what to expect) I will be back very soon and will be booking with this hotel again !

We want to shout out Miguel who mostly works nights and Christine who works days for their service, friendliness and obvious work ethic. The place is kept very clean as well and was quiet

The ADA bathroom we booked was well-appointed, with large bottles of toiletries (not those wasteful plastic bottles) and a large roll-in shower. I also liked the large TV and the Keurig coffee machine!

There were NO USB outlets in the room, and as we had forgotten our charger cubes at home, we were out of luck.

Facility was nice and clean. It had everything we needed for our short stay Location was perfect too

The only negative thing I have to say is that when it came to the breakfast, items were running out or low. We let the staff know but some items were not replaced while we were having breakfast. I'm not sure if they were after we left.

The breakfast was a great gesture, the location was good 8 minutes away from my event in general I was very satisfied. Staff was very nice.

The shower mechanism was a bit off so the water from the shower head had less pressure. But over all I was very satisfied. Staff was very helpful.

The free breakfast is excellent. My family loved all the facilites at this hotel: the gym, the pool, and the hot tub. The rooms are well equipped with mini refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave.

I found the bed to be not very comfortable, with little edge support, but my husband and kids did not have any complaints about the beds. The hotel is right next to a busy road. This is convenient for travel, but it can be a little noisy at times.
