The hotel was very nice

1 lady at the desk was very nice & helpful. The manager at the desk was very rude & not very helpful. She kept staring at us like we didn't belong there. Also, the valet parking & self parking were the same price. I didn't think that made much sense

The staff was so real - like down to earth people. And so polite. It wasn't corporate polite. It was like, I see you polite. I guess I messed up. I didn't know if you miss your first night your reservation gets canceled. They worked with me (my booking was through booking.com) and I was working on a deadline and visiting my daughter. I had zero extra time and they took care of it all. I was so grateful. Alejandra was so helpful. The valet service caught me off guard. But once I got used to it, I loved it. You definitely had to remember to txt 15 min early for them to get your card. There was a bar code but I usually had to spend 5 minutes looking for the piece of paper with the bar code. I wish there was a permanent picture of the bar code FOR THE VALET in the room. Like a frame or a magnet would work. Cause every time I left, I needed it. Also, I hate to bring it up - but it has an amazing ending. I had a rental car. The valet somehow misplaced my keys on the day I was headed to the airport. I had 30 min to spend with my daughter before I left for ONT. So each minute I spent with the valet was killing me. It meant I wasn't going to get to say goodbye. So I left with an Uber. It was a tough decision but I had to do it. The valet service stepped up. They got my car back to the airpot and paid for my Uber. Much love to Alex and American Valet(?) for that!

Ha! The beer thing was neat. It was novel to pour your own beer. First pour was free. I had to try it and would have probably used it more. But there was so much foam. Not sure what you could do about that. But the whole first pour was just foam. also it didn't cut off automatically so I ended up paying 75 cents. No biggie, just annoying. AND I loved the self check out at the tiny convenience store but the bar code reader was SUPER finicky. You either need a new bar code reader or a great big sign telling you how to work some magic.

concern over the parking area security. Homeless and people on drugs had full access to the parking area to harass visitors for money and food

The breakfast wasn't great, it was ok. It wasn't good enough to go back for seconds (sad face). Eggs were gritty, potatoes were not seasoned. Sausage only, no bacon (sad). No variety of food, just apples, disappointing. Didn't try the oatmeal, waffles or cereal.

Have more options for eggs (scrambled, hard boiled or over easy). More meat options for breakfast. More summer fruits available, melons, oranges, berries. Sorry didn't get room pictures but view from the room. Also, I didn't like the hidden $100., per night fee!!!

There is called available for only 10$ and they were quick to greet us and get us inside. The hotel is beautiful and clean. You even get a free beer for happy hour at check in if you choose to do so, as well. There is also snacks and coffee and tea in the lobby 24/7, which was really nice to come back to after a long day. The rooms we're clean and were very spacious. The pool was even heated so the kids could go swimming! Honestly, we had an amazing time! It was a wonderful hotel and all of the staff was super nice! Would highly reccomend!

Though we didn’t take advantage of it, I like that there are the craft beer taps in the lobby. Front desk staff was fine, not exceptional. I believe that EVERY person posted at the reception desk of a hospitality establishment should be trained and skilled in the practice of immediately making a guest feel they’ve arrived at a place where they are VERY welcome and in a home-away-from-home.

A bit loud due to local construction behind the hotel I'll ask not to be placed near ice machine or stairs again due to noise The electricity in my room went out a few times one morning as I was preparing for my work conference. I was informed the room is set on a timer of some sort??

Everything was perfect. Staff was very kind especially since I'm disabled. Made sure we were comfortable our whole stay and gave us extra toiletries, no questions asked. The breakfast was good and filling and seemed to be made fresh. Loved that there was free coffee in the lobby and drink tickets for a free beer daily. Parking was taken care of for us. We loved how comfortable the beds were and how big the rooms are as well. Everything was perfect!

Nothing! Or at least nothing the hotel could control. Currently theyre working on construction but thats out of the hotels hands.

-it felt like a very fancy hotel. The room was spacious. The bathroom was spacious and really nice. Over all a great room. -I loved that the nightstands had their own plugs for each guest. -the staff was so nice -the breakfast had tons of options - walking distance from the municipal auditorium and some other fun night life stuff

Only 1 complaint. They are working on the parking lot and had us park in a garage. The garage was walking distance but the entry is small and we didn't want to be rude and off load our luggage there so we brought it to and from the parking. We were still charged full price even though it was inconvenient. My husband and I like having the car as close as possible so we can leave some things in the car to make the hotel room feel less crowded. A discount on the inconvenience would have been nice but not the end of the world

The place was very clean and quite i would definitely go back.

When i checked in i was their for minutes showed my confirmation to the receptionist they provided me two different names that wasn't me. They couldn't find my name so they had to create a new check in. So it took longer than i expected i was late to my event due to the hold i had in the hotel. Finally they wr able to help out and we wr able to get a room.
