It's a clean hotel, the price is great, it's close to restaurants and a grocery store, staff members I ran into were very nice and helpful, they had a cool coffee machine I was impressed by it.

The parking was a bit of a problem it was crowded hard to get out of the area we had to park in , when we came back in the evening no parking spots were available so the clerk told us to park in a tiny spot in front of the office as a make shift spot we had a big SUV so he was kind to help 2 girls park by directing us but it was a very tight squeeze. But the clerk was very nice and helpful he felt bad about the situation.

This was a perfect spot, close to the Main Library and not far from the convention center, a pleasant 10 minute walk. The room was spotless, and the woman at the front desk was super nice and congenial. ALSO, bonus, Tio's Tacos is right across the street! Lots of good dining closeby.

The street noise was noticeable, but not enough to keep me from resting. Other than that, it was a good stay, and I'll most likely be back next year to stay here for my library convention.

Not much to look at from the outside, but the room was very clean. Beds were so comfortable as were the extra pillows. Great location for accessing our downtown event and lots of great places to eat nearby. Staff was friendly.

We were in a double room and the air conditioning unit on the wall was right next to one of the beds. It was extremely cold in the bed next to the unit, and we could never find the right balance between running the fan at low or high and keeping the temperature constant. I wouldn't imagine this is a problem with a single bed room since there would be more room to move the bed away from the wall.

Great location in downtown Riverside, walkable to the Mission Inn, bars and restaurants. The hotel is better inside than it looks from the outside: it's a no-frills motel but the rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, the bedding ample, and the towels were changed daily. Big bonus: free parking, saving you $25 a night compared with the brand name hotels nearby.

No breakfast of any kind, and no microwave in the room. There is a supermarket across the road to stock the fridge with cold items, and fast food options are a short drive away.

This is our usual place to stay when visiting family in Riverside. My favorite thing about this place is the bed. It is extremely comfortable. And they brought back the continental breakfast! It's a great location, walking distance to places to eat and things to do. The Mexican restaurant next door is delicious. There can be transients walking around the area, but I haven't seen any at the hotel. I've always felt safe here. Staff is nice too. We will continue to stay here for our future visits.

Parking can be a challenge. I wish there were softer lights on the side of the bed.

This is a great location, walking distance to the convention center and the arts district. The room was spotless and has all new, water-saving plumbing fixtures. There is breakfast with oranges, bananas, a waffle maker, toast, bagels, yogurt, coffee, and juice.

The towels were good, but not great. Light at night makes an eye mask a good choice.

The rooms are a bit small but accomodated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. I love that they have shutters for those of us who love to blackout their rooms ! Everything was clean and fresh.

The quilt was HEAVY so that may be a good thing for those who like weighed blankets lol I ended up having to take it off. A/C was a bit loud but works well.

The room was beautifully decorated and recently done. Exceptionally clean and good location. They even had a breakfast including waffle machine that wasn’t shown in the booking.com site (it should be, and the staff said the breakfast was a fairly recent addition).

Our only fault was that we felt the duvet was too hot. This may have been our comfort item and others may think it fine.

We stay here every time we visit family in Riverside. My favorite part of staying here is the bed. They are sooo comfortable, and the towels are plush. The room is small but has everything you need. The fridge is nice convenience as well. The Mexican restaurant next door, Ixtapa, is delicious..there's an excellent coffee shop and donut shop across the street and the grocery store across the street has a good Mexican bakery..Tio's Tacos is right around the corner. Tikal Bakery is also around the corner and is a great place to get Guatemalan treats.

I don't like that they haven't brought back the free breakfast. They used to have an excellent breakfast bar.

I reserved this hotel due to its close proximity to an event I was attending. It's easy accessibility to the Mission Inn Plaza area was a plus and I found a number of really good nearby restaurants in walking distance. I was also pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room. Staff was friendly, helpful and responsive.

Can't think of much. I was a bit surprised that the breakfast had been discontinued and pool unavailable since most pandemic restrictions have been lifted, but neither of those features were that important to me. A microwave would have been nice, but certainly not a deal breaker.
