I like that the motel building wrapped around the parking lot, which adds to overall security. You don’t have to be concerned about your vehicle overnight. What stood out the most is the cleanliness! The room was immaculate unlike other motels/hotels. I’m thankful for a welcoming and comfortable stay. I loved the firm bed with the mattress topper. I had no back issues while sleeping or upon waking up.

There really isn’t anything to complain about. The heater in our room was loud every time it turned on and it would wake my husband and I up, but at the same time, we had one of the most restful nights of sleep. There are also some built in night lights that don’t turn off outside if the bathroom and I personally like it completely dark at night, but again, wasn’t an issue. They’re nice to have if you wake up in the middle of the night and don’t want to wake up anyone else by turning on a light. Having smart tvs in the rooms would be a great upgrade so that people could stream movies on their accounts.

All new items inside room bed, counters, floors, toilet, tub, tile. Clean white sheets & towels . Free parking outside room. Noticed pool with a handicap chair to enter & exit pool. Check in staff very pleasant. Very reasonable price for new clean room.

We only had one chair to sit in to watch tv for two people. The one chair was stored under cabinet at foot of bed but they could have put another under bathroom sink large counter. We never watch tv in bed. The air conditioner rattled on and off very loudly which was good to block out noise but also kept waking us up all night. We had to get up at 615am so not much sleep. Tv had spectrum hard time finding channels and no instructions how to operate or printed guide with channels would have been a great help.

The area was great. I went and got my key right before I went back to work at my job and the man at the lobby was pleasant. I loved how quiet the area was, that was great and the room was comfortable !

I didn't like how the soap was to used to shower with. Imagine forgetting your own bar of Soap and having to use a thin bar right after working hard and want to relax only to come to something that broke instantly. Although I slept there only a night, it's still something to note.

Large and clean room, quiet. Small table, chair. Microwave and fridge. Shower over bath at the end of the room through a door to the left, sink opposite within the room on the right. Free parking. There is a pool but we did not use it, so can't say anything about it.

Shampoo/conditioner were being provided but in single-use packages, so lots of waste that could be avoided. Hair-dryer had no adjustable heat setting.

The staff was really nice housekeeping tidied up the room every day, however I feel like the room could really use a deep cleaning.

The hotel seems a little old and worn down could definitely use a remodel, or even just some deep cleaning. The sink was a little broken and things just needed to be updated but besides that it was ok. Also seems a lot of men in work trucks stay every night in the hotel

Hotel was clean and comfortable bed. Housekeeping comes everyday. You can park your car right in front of your room.

I asked about booking another day. The guy gave me one answer and when I called to confirm, the lady gave me attitude and said that was not correct. Staff needs to be on the page. Don’t take it out on paying customers.

Manager was extremely friendly and accommodating to my early check in request. She went out of her way to ask what my purpose was for the visit and was very sympathetic to our ongoing mountain issues . This goes a long way when I book hotels. Room was sparkling clean.

Recently remodeled room. Pool was refreshing at night. Houskeeping every day, which I was not expecting due to the short visit. Close to a tap house and fast foods.

No ice- was out of order and aged. Classic motel set-up , so you'll hear cars and trucks through out the night, so if you are a light sleeper- prepare.

It was quiet, very clean, and had comfortable beds and bedding. The AC worked well, with no weird noises. I slept great. The internet was fast. The check in was easy, with polite personnel at the front desk. The price was reasonable. It seemed recently renovated.

i ended up checking in super late on check-in day, but check-in was quick and easy. The room was bright and smelled clean. looked recently updated. I had to stay in another hotel that someone else had booked for me for the rest of the weekend, and it was like night and day. I wish I could have stayed at the Colton Inn for my whole trip!

this is a really little thing: it looks like the room was recently painted/remodeled so I think they might have forgotten to put the secondary chain lock back on the door. the hotel “campus” felt safe, but just in general, I was a bit uneasy without that lock.
