Very conveniently located. Staff was very welcoming & friendly at front desk & they welcome you with a warm cookie. Kinda odd but loved!

Contacted them to directly to kindly allow me to make handicap accommodations for my blind mother visiting from San Francisco. I Was rudely told to try day of check in , when I explained her situation & frustration because I needed a bottom floor near elevators , they felt obligated to help but did say I “should have “ asked for that while booking. I’ve done many bookings & I’m aware of this but I wasn’t given the option. Also this wasn’t being requested last minute either . Another thing is they don’t have guest parking for pickup/drop off. Since they charge for daily parking I was charged full fee $25 for just picking up my blind mother from her room.

It was comfortable and clean. Nice place to stay if you’re looking for something quiet and safe.

The total was more than what I booked the room for on the booking.com app.

The breakfast spread was amazing! The wait staff was awesome as well. Plenty of seating and very clean.

For breakfast, the line for the waffles was extremely long. I would recommend an additional waffle maker to accommodate the popular breakfast choice for many and more syrup cups. I did order some pancakes off the menu due to the extreme line and it took longer than expected to come out. I had to remind one of the cleaning staff of my order and she in turn asked the lady at the register. I am fifty five years old and over six feet tall and the short bathroom sink and toilet was unusually low. It seems to be focused more comfortably low for shorter people and required me to bend down more than usual to use comfortably. This low height might cause back strain or discomfort for someone taller than six feet. Other than that, awesome experience!

The stay was nice again. I went for my birthday. Went down to the bar. It was a nice setting. The drinks are kinda pricey. I also am not a drinker. So I don't know the typicals with buying drinks and ect. I went down for breakfast. It was very nice. Lots of options, everything was nice and fresh. I didn't like how they wouldn't allow u to take ur plate to ur room. After u have already paid. U have to eat there. What if I'm not feeling well. Hmmm. Other than that. This is still my favorite getaway.

Gym and other amenities were nice.

I booked through this app for a trip for me, my wife, and son. The app would not let me add my son as a guest. I also paid for breakfast through that app (there was a cheaper option that did not include breakfast). Since the app did not let me add my son, he was not on the reservation, so I had to pay for his continental breakfast, which I was not expecting to do. Was annoyed to feel like I was paying twice for the same meal. Also, the food in the restraint, where we had dinner, was expensive and not that good. My son’s chicken tenders were burnt, and my wife got a steak sandwich that was extremely chewy.

The hotel was very comfortable & the staff is super friendly. Beds felt great, & location was a relatively quiet and safe area. We didn’t get to try the onsite bar or restaurant but it looked good. We did use the fitness center which was clean and had plenty of basic equipment to get a good workout in. We loved the double sink in the bathroom. The complimentary late checkout at 12pm is awesome. And of course the welcome cookies are IMPECCABLE.

Their gift shop/market was closed, not sure why but we could’ve used that during our stay. TV reception was not working well, shows kept going blurry.

The breakfast buffet we got on our last morning and everything was cold nothing even warm at least ice cold for that price disappointed and we went back to bar for happy hour ask to see what drinks u have for happy hour and we still got charge full price other then that was great stay .

Staff was great and friendly every staff member was kind made the stay comfortable thank you

The only thing was we didn't try there breakfast buffet this time because last time everything was so ice cold everything was cold that should have been warm or hot . So we didn't chance this time but hopefully they work on that love this place 😄

The room was spacious and very clean. The bar was welcoming, bright with delicious cocktails and food. On that night, a band was playing on the patio. Unexpected fun and convenience.

The surprise and cost to park in a place with plenty of parking and parking lots. Charged for two spaces as we were towing a trailer. The coffee maker was useless.

Very nice property!!…Didn’t care for the receptionist!!..Site said we would have complementary breakfast when we went downstairs for breakfast the receptionist said since we booked at a cheaper rate we weren’t qualified for breakfast..I don’t see it as a low low rate!!

Receptionist was rude made us feel embarrassed cause according to her we had a cheaper rates so we weren’t qualified for the complementary breakfast!!
