Every staff person,that we had any contact with,was very kind,helpful, and friendly. We had to change rooms and that was absolutely no problem. They responded quickly to the problems that we had with the 2 different rooms. Their hospitality was wonderful.

We were surprised at the pretty high cost of the fairly ordinary breakfast. Maybe the Continental Breakfast should be free, and the larger breakfast a few dollars less. Also, the pillows in both rooms were awful. Lumpy and thin. Had trouble in room 116 regulating the thermostat to deliver a pleasant temperature. It was not cool enough or it too cold. Maybe it needs instructions?

I wasn’t aware of the cost for parking there!!! Not cool ! Should have notified the customer about the change Of the rules! When I checked in the cost was 154.00 So I asked why Then the reception stated it’s $12.00 parking fee! Wasn’t informed about this There was sign as of May 2,2025 Barely telling me as Just paid my way in to the hotel! Be professional about this Since it’s coming from these entitled people who are making their billions already!

I like that you can check in from the mobile app. I also loved that on the app you have a mobile key to your room. Also, I loved the option to pick what floor and room you want. Their snack store was outstanding. I liked the variety of options. The mini fridge was cold, and the freezer even worked! Was very surprised that my drink froze overnight.

The ac unit probably could use a new filter. The room had a slight damp odor. Didn't like the broken light in the restroom vanity and the mold underneath the little shower ledge.

I stayed with my family for one night. The room was clean, particularly the bathroom. The bed was okay, not plush but not uncomfortable either. The parking was free and the staff was friendly. The pool seemed nice and it was heated, but we didn't go inside. Overall, it was a good experience but we stayed for a very short time.

The coffee maker had pods but no water, so we couldn't use it. It would be nice to have complimentary water in the room. The minibar was empty. The bed could be a little more plush. I thought the pet fee was too expensive ($75 per night) so I decided not to bring my dog with me. For the price of the room ($129), the breakfast should've been included (it was $15 per person).

Always enjoy Hilton’s experience. The dining and customer service was great. The front desk were also great and professional. Very helpful. Food was delicious.

Only that I got charged on the last day but the front desk did assure me that the money wouldn’t be taken. Just didn’t understand why the withdrawal happened for the booking when it was already paid.

For fronting on a busy street, the room, located toward the back of the building, was extremely quiet. During my 3 days there, I heard only one siren and one loud car. The bed was comfortable.

The carpet around the entry door had a collection of dust. The carpet was brown, the same color as dirt, so I could not tell how clean it was.

Well, the walk in shower leaks tremendously onto the bathroom floor. I use many of the towels to clean it up so each time I'm in that type of room I'll make it a point to request extra towels. The window shear controller in the first room wasn't working properly. Despite these minor items, I really enjoy staying here.

The rooms were clean, the staff was excellent and accommodating. Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning staff greeted us every time they saw us. The property was safe and they even have security walking the property at night to keep the lot secure. Would definitely stay here again.

They recently started charging for parking, stating it was to ensure ample parking for their guests, which doesn’t really make sense. However, if they charge this extra fee, it would pay for security staff for the parking lot.

I was initially told by the check in staff that I would get $20 of voucher daily for breakfast as a Hilton Honors member. But, at the check out, they didn’t honor the vouchers. It is not much money but the misleading information and disrespect were frustrating to me
