Loved everything about my stay! The young Indian man at the front desk was so kind and welcoming his friendly attitude really stood out and made me feel comfortable right away. I also appreciated that I felt at ease speaking Spanish.The room was spotless and cozy, and the indoor pool was a great bonus. They even have a gym, plus coffee and tea available all day, which was a nice touch. Plenty of parking, too.I spent Mother’s Day weekend here with my family, and they enjoyed themselves just as much as I did which made me happy. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the great experience!

there were no towels available in the pool area, and when you ask for more, they only give you two.

The breakfast was on point and the staff was always willing to help when and if you needed something. The room was nice clean and the bed very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay very much and would stay there again.

When the power went off the day we were leaving and had to carry my luggage down three flights of stairs. But it eventually came back on so we got to use the elevator. Power wasn't off long maybe 20 minutes.

Breakfast was good. I wish you would add a potato option - tater tots, home fries potatoes. The adjoining neighborhood was ok. It is sprawling LA. Not the most comfortable area for me. This the third time we’ve stayed at the San Bernadino La Quinta. We really like this hotel because the rooms we’ve stayed in are beautiful. They are clean, appointed with high quality fixtures, beds, and furniture. The staff clearly works hard to maintain the quality and cleanliness of the facility. Bruce impression was very nice outside when we walked in Scott the young man behind the counter was fantastic the whole time we were there he was just wonderful. They promote him and give him a raise. They better not lose him because they’re gonna lose a good employee because I’ve had employees and I know how hard it is to get a good honest employee.

Scott was wondering I like the breakfast is good but the coffee was fantastic and it was there all day and all night and it was good the whole time I never had a bad cuppa coffee there

When we arrived, we could not check in because the computer systems were down and we had traveled four hours away from San Bernardino and we’re very tired we had to leave and try and find another hotel and the other La Quinta and was having the same problem so we ate and then we left our number in the front desk, called us when your system went back up other than that we had a great time

Very quiet place and staffing was attendant with my request at all times . Beds were comfy . I love the most it was quiet at all times loved it. . Specially since I work overnights I will come to the hotel at 10 am and sleep so it was good that it was quiet inside and out . Very respectful atmosphere

Everything was perfect just maybe the parking entrees was a bit unbothered since we could only get in and get out in one exit .

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, including housekeeping. The hotel room itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. I will say it is one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in.

The one thing that I wasn't too comfortable with was the parking lot. I am not faulting the hotel whatsoever, but I do wish there was some sort of security or patrol during the night. People tend to hang out towards the back of the parking lot during the night whether if they are staying there or not, and it made me uncomfortable to leave me car there and walk into the hotel for the night. Again, this is no fault of the hotel itself. It was just one of my own concerns. I believe in trusting gut feelings, and this was one of those gut feeling situations.

The breakfast didn't start until 7am, and the selection was very limited. I had requested a late check out, and housekeeping tried coming in before 11 am. the day I was checking out. I tried asking for them not to enter, but they did anyway. The 2 drawers in the room were tiny, not big enough for my clothes for 2 days.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Pet policy fair. Comfortable and clean room. Seemed like it was updated decor. Bed, pillows and sheets great! Appreciated the fridge also!

Proximity to highway and noise and exhaust when Walking dog outside. But I very much appreciate the care you took in construction. I couldn’t hear the freeway at all from inside! That’s one of the reasons I read at the property so highly!

I was very pleased with this hotel. The room was very clean, Comfortable and modern feeling. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The breakfast was a little limited compared to similar hotels’ breakfasts. It was ample but could have been better with a couple small additions: like hot sauce/salsa for the eggs and a high fiber choice among the cereal choices.
