The facilities are excellent, and everything appears to be new. The mattress was comfortable, and the linens were clean and smelled good. The room is huge, has a sink, microwave, and fridge, which were helpful. I traveled with a dog, as the hotel is pet-friendly, and I loved the fact that the bedroom floor is wood, not carpet. This way, we could see that the room was spotless, with no dog pee everywhere. (Please, clean up after your dog when staying at hotels.) Even though I don't need it, the room was accessible with helpful fixtures in the bathroom for those with disabilities. There were snack and drink machines near the lobby. The hotel entrance was secure, requiring the room key to pass through the lobby to the corridors; that's a good idea for safety. Check-in and check-out were easy and fast. I recommend and intend to return when my son's soccer team has another tournament in the city.

There are some amenities that I missed, such as an ice machine. We needed ice for some beverages, and there wasn't any. Since they provide a microwave, it would be nice to have disposable forks and knives. We ordered a DoorDash and the restaurant forgot to send utensils, and we had to go to Target to buy some since the hotel didn't have any in the rooms, in the lobby, or anywhere else.

The location was easy to find and close to stores and the freeway. The facility is very clean and all the staff were friendly.

I realize the facility is pet-friendly, but it would be beneficial to have rooms designated as no-pet areas. Although the room was clean and very tidy, it had a distinct dog odor. Alternatively, use something to remove the pet smell from the rooms after it's vacated. Again, I was impressed with the cleanliness, so I know the room was properly attended to before my arrival; however, the dog smell was strong. I had to purchase Lysol spray and air fresheners to get rid of the smell.

I only have two real issues. There was only bar soap in the restroom, no shampoo or conditioner provided. I've only ever ran into this similar issue with lower end hotels. And the night stand light was kind of useless. It appeared to be wired to the main light switch meaning it only turned on when the ceiling lights were turned on. This means I couldn't utilize the plug or usb port on the lamp at night. I would honestly prefer it not be there

I liked that the hotel is new and all the furnishings were new and kept clean. I like that the room has a kitchenette. I liked that they have fully stocked vending machines in the entrance lobby.

I didn't like that my bed was noisy. The walls are not soundproof. I heard snoring coming from the room next door during the night. I found several female hairs on the wood flooring. And I didn't like that there was no shampoo in the shower.

The location was nice and felt safe

I did not like that my room key got deactivated and it was a burden to have to go to the front desk not once but twice for the receptionist to activate a room key. This had happened to is in the bellflower location as well. Mind you we do not keep our room keys anywhere near our cell phones or near anything that would cause them to get deactivated.

The safety was great. Grace that works the front was awesome. Also the night shift was great over all the all staff was very nice and helpful. Also the general manager Cynthia was very nice and helpful and can see her there and talk and ask any questions.

I knew they did not have one, but it would be great if they got an ice machine.

It was clean ... it did smell a bit of cleaner. Super convenient to all the shopping and restaurants. The way I came in, didn't know until I went on a walk in the morning. Staff should share that.

Bed was a little creaky, I believe because of the style of bed. I didn't stay long enough to choose to cook in the kitchenette -- but did notice empty cupboards. No pots or pans, forks or spoons, plates or bowls. Is that normal for a suite with a kitchen?

I like the location, Some of the staff friendly… room was nice. They welcomed us a checking in was easy! Felt like home

My 2nd night I had a problem with door locking. Seemed to get fix over night. I didn’t like that they offered coffee but had no sugar or cream. Did laundry some washers were broken. Other then that start was comfy

Very clean and well maintained. It had a fridge and electric stove which were huge added bonus to cook food. Plus it is extremely close to a shopping area and movie theater. So when we wanted something to do or forget something at home stores are in walking distance to fill that need.

Doesn’t have a pool, but still very nice.

Love that the room has a kitchen and I ultimately felt super safe staying at the hotel. The location is super nice as there is a plaza right there filled with stores and restaurants.

Check in process was a bit slow. I get they were just wanting to talk the front desk, but ultimately I like just getting into my room as quickly as I can.
