The staff was pleasant and the room was clean and everything was in working order. The location felt safe and though near the freeway, we did'nt hear any noise. Breakfast was fine and check in and out was easy. This is a good hotel for the price and we are older people who stay in a lot of hotels while traveling. My advice for travelers is not to complain so much about the small stuff and don't expect 5 star service when you aren't paying 5 star prices. Thank you Ayres for a worry free stay.

Great location, friendly and professional staff . check-in and check-out are also amazing. The hotel team is always patient and helpful. The rooms are spacious and cozy, I always enjoy staying here for short stays / business trips and also while traveling. It is one of my favorite hotels to stay in.

The rooms were very clean. The hotel had been remodeled and in good condition. The breakfast that was included was very well made. They had a good variety of foods to pick from.

Unfortunately, the were several families with roudy kids. This has nothing to do either with the hotel. They did their best to control the unsupervised brats

Nice quiet room

The night desk person was not friendly. Never greeted us upon entering and ignored that we needed to check in until I actually asked him if we could check in AFTER he just went to sit down at his desk AFTER he took phone calls. The morning lady at check out was lovely and exceptionally nice.

Nice spacious clean room. Nice storage space. Breakfast is fresh and with an attendant present at all times, making sure everything is well stocked. They have an actual stove behind the counter! Staff at the checkin desk were wonderful . Lynn and Wendy were extremely helpful. Great employees 👏🏾

The beautiful decor , very comfortable beds and facility was very nice . Friendly and professional staff . Thank you very much I enjoyed my stay overnight and will definitely rebook .

Cleanliness, staff friendliness

The shower pressure was fabulous… however, the shower curtain did not stay inside the tub and I seemed to flood the floor each time I used it… causing me to use all the towels to mop up and not being able to conserve the use of towels.

Room was clean and fresh, beds were very comfy, great location near Walmart and other retailers. Its a great spot when you're from out of town and you might have forgotten something. Front desk guy was very nice and accommodating! The gym and pool looked nice too although i didn't use them.

I don't have any complaints.
