Had everything I needed, pleasant room, it was clean, heater worked fine. I just stayed at the Mandalay Bay and they didn't even have coffee. I was very happy with the stay and I'll stay there again.

Location & price. Rooms are decent & clean. Nice to have microwave and fridge. lots of USB ports in the outlets (bring a longer cord though...a couple are at odd heights)

Nosey manager. I booked our room for 2 adults. When I went up in the morning to request a 2nd towel (they are kind of small...im a big guy & there was only 1 on the rack), he made mention that I had 2 guests & saw me on the camera. I booked a room for 2 people & yes, I had a long time friend come to visit since I was nearby. The other 'guest' was the other occupant of the room who arrived later than I did. There were no other issues. As he said, I was only allowed 1 guest at a time. There was no disturbance or noise. I wonder if he talked to the other folks who went in & out of their car about 10 times that night and each time the horn tooted). I reiterated my towel request & he said housekeeping would leave one. Later when I got back, I didn't see it(at 1st) & went up to request it again. He begrudgingly went into the laundry room & pulled one from a basket that I HOPE was clean (it seemed ok, but there were many folded on the shelf above). Later, I noticed they had put the extra towel up on the rack, so I called up to apologize for my mistake. As I checked out on the 2nd day, I called up to ask to have my bill ready, which the woman said OK. I went up about 5 min later & had to ask again. She said to wait & got the same guy to come up. He seemed to have attitude & be hesitant to print me a copy of my bill. He ever mentioned anything else wrong & finally gave me my bill. Next time I'm in the area, I think I will book elsewhere. My previous stay here about 6 weeks earlier was without incident. Otherwise, it's a good value.

The staff was friendly and helped me book the taxi to the airport. Location was walking distance to DMV where I needed to be. There are restaurants and Status Bros market near by as well.

Dusty cloth hangers, shower was not working.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Room was well-equipped. There are lots of parking space although I didn't drive for this trip.
