The staff was very polite and accommodating. I appreciated their attentiveness. The room was immaculate and comfortable. They also were fast to check that I wasn't charged twice for our room since I booked through a third party. They got back to me right away with all my concerns and questions. They let me know when they received the payment and credited my account immediately.

I thought it would have been nice to have housekeeping bring us extra towels and other necessities during our two-night stay, but I guess they don't have the staff for that.

Love the location, particularly if you rented a car from the airport. Gas station between Aloft and airport is quite handy.

Only complaint was the temperature control and how loud the A/C unit was. It was either very loud or off. No midway setting for white noise at night. Not a deal breaker - bed was super comfy and we got enough sleep.

We loved that they’re pet friendly with a grass area for the Furbabies. They had a beautiful Valentines tree decorated, a bar, pool table & other games which was really nice. We got to relax & enjoyed the rest of the evening with the furbabies.

No continental breakfast. No microwave.

Loved this hotel. I will definitely be booking again. I loved the lobby and the entire place including the room & hallways smelled lovely. Definitely wished there was a microwave in the room but other than that, everything was great.

Pool needed work but other than that loved the property loved the staff very accommodating … and great bar … great time all together !!!

Just the pool and the view of the parking lot was not ideal but it’s Ontario so not too much they can do about that !!

The property is very aesthetically pleasing and artsy. it’s definitely a vibe.

upon check in the first room we were assigned to was dirty like it haven’t been cleaned. the sink and toilet. it was actually disappointing and gross. but we got moved. the 2nd room we stayed in was clean but the bathroom had a horrible smell and it gave me a headache. I don’t know what it was maybe a pipe or drain something like that.

This hotel was great, very modern, and updated. The room setup does give you that luxury/ modern feel, which I enjoyed. I enjoyed the fact that they allowed you to log into your Netflix/tv app. The room was clean. The internet worked great. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was nice. I would stay again.

The air conditioner was automatically setup, with that said it would turn off at a certain degree of the room. The staff was nice, however there were hardly anyone at the front desk to assist you right away.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel has a very modern ambiance.

There was no microwave on the property, so we couldn't heat up some of the food we bought.

My boyfriend and I loved the Interior design of the hotel lobby and the room as well as the ambience in the lobby . We had a few drinks at the WYZ bar and the bartender was extremely friendly and attentive and made some delicious creative drinks for us . We also loved the activities that are available outside by the pool such as jumbo jenga. And to top everything off when we realized we would be ready to check out at the scheduled time and we asked for a late checkout they were very understanding and gave us an additional two hours

I live downtown la and work in Ontario. I’ve stayed here a few times when I’m too tired to drive, and I love how clean the rooms are all the time . The staff is always super friendly and accommodating especially des. previously when I stayed here it’s been a woman at nights who was so sweet. i met des a few times and found out he was new but he is such a pleasant sweet soul. I wasn’t sure if he was allowed tips but I definitely wanted to tip him. He always go above and beyond to make my stay feel super welcoming . Tonight I checked in and booked thru a 3rd party app booking.com for a day and last minute decided to extend an extra day. I realized my AAA membership wasn’t added and I tried to get Des to adjust it. He told me he wasn’t allowed but he switched my room from the bottom floor to a higher floor with a great view instead .

I love everything about it I was just a little sad I couldn’t use my discount to get it a little cheaper. I work nearby so paying almost $200 per night is a little pricey for a few hours during week days but it’s worth it
