Right off the 215 freeway on University Avenue in Riverside. The hotel sits perpendicular to the avenue. The room was comfortable and well furnished. The room and bathroom were clean and the shower worked well. Parking was well-lit and there was plenty. Free WiFi and parking. No breakfast offered.

The bad thing about California is that everything costs so much more than in other states - and you are not getting anything unique, special or above standard. You would think that for the cost of the stay at this hotel, they would offer a breakfast bar of some sort, but, nope.

The location of hotel from the University, staff behavior, and room quality were great.

The non-availability of the hotel restaurant was very inconvenient when we reached around 11 pm. It would have been better if options for food were available 24/7

Comfortable and convenient to my work location.

Having to pay for outside parking, first time ever at what I would consider a normal hotel with a normal outdoor parking lot. Understand paying for underground parking at city hotels, but not these types of hotels.

Juliana was super sweet & helpful. The facility was clean & comfortable. Definitely will return & recommend

I like everything about the hotel the staff was very friendly and the room was very clean

I didn’t like that the parking lot was a little to far from the main entrance they may have guest parking near by the entrance.

I loved everything about the property. Customer Service was fabulous. The pool was fun and the Outdoor bar and food was delicious.

I love this place. Rooms are great, bed is comfortable, pool is nice. The bar is convenient for a bite and a cocktail….

The staff was friendly and helpful! The front desk, the coffee barista, and the bartender were all excellent. The staff at this location gives this hotel its superpower.

I loved everything, but it was hard to see the sign to find the driveway when we were arriving at the hotel.

The hotel is a bit dated, but everything was well kept & clean so that outweighed the age of the hotel & room furnishings

The staff are extremely nice . Location is perfect for me to drop my son to University of riverside, only 3 minutes drive

The air conditioner in the room is loud, it does disturb my sleep.
