Check in took 5 min the hotel has everything! Spacious room, very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Staff super helpful and kind the gym is super complete! Very good breakfast

Minor thing: when we arrived, we had to chase the bed clothes, pillows, etc for the sofa bed and had to do the bed because it was not done (although the room was for 3 people, it was not set up as such) the only real downside is a safety deposit that, after the stay, we have to chase whether or not was given back to you .

Convenient location and friendly housekeeping who is an African lady.

We had very noisy neighbor, probably above us constantly stumping on the floor. It was so loud and and. Ever stopped. They drove us crazy. It’s not only daytime but also eves. It might have been kids or hyper and heavy adults. If that were kids, they should never be allowed to stay on the upper floors. Don’t get me wrong. I love kids but running around all the time in the room is not acceptable. We had peaceful days for 5 days but the other 2 days were very disturbing. Unless we get the top floor next time, we would not consider your hotel.

We arrived early, well before check in, to enjoy the surrounding area. The front desk was gracious enough to place 2 perishable items into their refrigerator so they wouldnt be exposed to the sunlight all day. We appreciated that little extra care in assuring our evening was enjoyable.

The only recommended improvement would be a second waffle maker in the morning. There was quite the wait in order to enjoy that feature. Everything else was perfect.

Location, grab bars in bathroom, hot breakfast, and fulfilled my request for feather pillows.

Slippery bathtub. Needs non slick method to shower. Duvet, too heavy and hot. No control over loud music and rambuxious guests who left trash everywhere. I get it was a holiday weekend, but noise needs to stop at a specific time and guests should be expected to pick up after themselves. Made the hotel look trashy. Noise also impacted my pet.

The breakfast was decent. Better than just a continental breakfast. The location was okay but it is where we wanted to stay due to the location of the marathon that I was running on Saturday.

The potatoes at breakfast were not cooked all the way and the omelets did not taste real. Our room had a kitchenette but it didn't have enough silverware for even 4 people and we had to ask for extra dishes for our other 2 guests.

Good location. Was not close to the road where you had to listen to traffic. Staff was super friendly and helpful

The parking lot was pretty small so finding parking during the busy nights was a little hard

Pretty much everything. I really liked how quiet it was and that they are dog friendly. Exceptionally clean!

The breakfast was very limited. I guess they didn't get their delivery so it was only cold items. I do wish they would keep breakfast open a little longer also.

Absolutely will stay here again. Stayed in a king suite with a sofa bed with our kiddos and absolutely loved it! It was clean, relaxing and the morning breakfast buffet was delicious (cheese omelettes, potatoes, sausage and a whole array of bagels and breads and cereals and yogurts and coffees). The hotel room was set up beautifully and the staff were so pleasant about getting us extra blankets. This hotel exceeded my expectations!!!

Nothing to complain about. I really loved it all.

Breakfast was great and room was great.

I stayed in the handicap room. I broke my ankle before and needed the bathroom to be easier. I was a normal tub bath and super slippery. I had to be extra careful when showering

Free breakfast had several options and the hot dishes switched each morning. There was a lot of space in the room which included a whole kitchen. The staff was helpful and pleasant. They never seemed bothered by the questions we asked or the requests we made.

Just a few very minor inconveniences: The driveway into the property had several big dips and bumps. There was only two towels and zero wash cloths in our room when we arrived, and only one roll of toilet paper.
