💕I really appreciate how clean, safe, and nice the property is. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return in the future. The entire staff was also very friendly, helpful, and professional 💚

To be honest, there wasn’t anything that I disliked. Maybe the toilet paper was a little on the thin side lol, but that’s to be expected. The amenities were perfect and the staff was awesome 💕I always like the Hampton chain for hotel stays.

Location location location

The reservation was made way in advance. I got a call from the hotel earlier that morning of arrival confirming my credit card. I did not like the fact I could .not check in at 3 pm, we weren't able to check In Until 4:00 and they said our accessible room we booked is not available and both rooms could not be on the same floor. We would have to wait 45 more mins. We had a long drive in to town. We had an event to attend at 5:30pm and were not able to wait too much longer, definitely not until 4:45

Most of the staff was pleasant and it was clean and comfortable.

Everyone was great. I only thought that the lady working in the breakfast area was a little bit rude. She was rude to not only me but to other ppl that I observed. She was harsh and treated ppl as of they should know better or like they were an inconvenience. Didn’t make me feel very welcome. Made me feel a little uncomfortable.

Staff was friendly. Coffee station was available 24/7

The shower made a lough noise when on. Toilet didn’t seem to flush right. Blankets weren’t as comfortable. But overall it was clean and comfortable for the price

Everything was great. We walked in and were greeted warmly, the staff were very nice and always treated us with a smile. The lobby was spotless clean and the rooms were cleaned very nice. The food was alright like any other hotel food. One thing I did like to point is the pool was not cleaned. Dirt was at the bottom of the pool and no clean towels.

Everything was great! From staff's patience and professionalism, to the facility's cleanliness and comfort it was a great stay.

The pool needed some attention, it was dirty and probably needed a treatment but the next day I did hear the staff mentioning that they were going to lock up the pool. I hope to provide the attention it needed.

It was clean and at a safe location. Not crowded or noisy

I liked everything about except the hot tub was out of service. But still enjoyed the pool. We were the only ones there. It was small but nice and clean

The location was convenient to shopping and food. The staff were very polite and responsive. The breakfast variety was good and a nice bonus for our stay there. We really enjoyed watching the sweet kitties playing in the bushes.

I frequently attend events held at the NOS location and I have stayed here twice now. I love that its not to far from the venue. The facilities are always very nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. I requested extra blankets and staff was prompt and fast with bringing them to my room. Will continue to book for all my events I attend at NOS center.

The manager Tilly was extremely nice. Texted and checked up on us! The breakfast ladies were above and beyond! Everyone at the front desk greeted you!
