We flew out from Madison WI. For my Uncles Celebration of life Memorial. We had a very nice, friendly check in. Very nice breakfast. They had a nice mix of fresh hot and cold choices. Good coffee too. My husband was able to workout early in the morning. Although the stationary bike was not working ,he said the workout room was sufficient enough to get in a thorough quick workout. Very cozy beds and nice room. A few of My cousins from Florida also stayed. They had no complaints. It was a nice atmosphere in the breakfast/lobby area to chat in the morning with coffee, before we heading out to our events during our 4 day stay. We would book there again if we ever get back Redlands CA.. Also, right next door is a little fresh bakery and sandwich shop called "Jenny's" adorable Vietnamese lady and maybe her daughter? One of my cousins went next door a couple of times and brought back fresh baked pastries, so delicious! Before we left for the airport we all went over and ordered made on the spot sandwiches to go, fresh ingredients! What a treat to have on the plane with a nice cup of coffee.

Springfield suites was clean, staff friendly! We came into town for a funeral. So we were pleased that our room was very comfortable, beds, pillows; bathroom nice and roomy; also very quiet we were able to relax after our 4 hr drive.

The entrance lacks a little decor. We weren’t sure it was the entrance. I know style is minimalist - clean lines but the entrance wasn’t very inviting. But rooms were good! We didn’t care for the key card to have to turn on the electricity.

It’s in a perfect location, so many stores and food locations near by. The staff is friendly and check in/check out process is fast. I love this hotel was my 2nd time staying here and will continue to book here in the future. The rooms and restrooms are so spacious and clean. A very quiet location and so much parking space available.

The fridge had a weird smell, but besides that everything was perfect.

Enjoyed sitting by the fire place outside. Very relaxing, the hotel was quiet, clean, and the help were very helpful.

Breakfast was very good but wife on special diet due to health reasons. (gluten free, grain free, sugar free, dairy free). We wish you had the scrambled eggs and bacon every day. We were only able to eat your food on one the days because you did not have any options my wife could eat.

All of the staff that I had interacted with were very respectful and helpful. The rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was good and the food options around the hotel were all very accessible. My wife really enjoyed the shower it was “Very fancy” according to her. The whole hotel had a modern feeling which made everyone feel clean and comfortable. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

I had a very positive experience at this property but if I had to nitpick, the parking lot isn’t the biggest.

The staff are excellent. The front desk person helped me out with a few things during our stay and went above and beyond and everyone was super friendly. The breakfast attendant Jan is awesome...so friendly and kind. She made breakfast so enjoyable and personally greeted and spoke to everyone. Jan is the kind of staff who deserves reconciliation for a job well done!

The business centre is out in a hallway which gives you no privacy.

Clean with friendly staff. Good water pressure and the room was amazing

The breakfast spread is the same each time, no creativity or variety (same waffles with sugar on them and/or weird quiche like breakfast sandwiches). Just not our style. The rest of the choices are good, just not the main ones

I liked the place itself and the staff was nice when having to interact with them.

I didnt like that I was placed in the room directly behind guest services and where are the staff and customer walking traffic was. It was loud most of the time which made it hard to rest.

Quiet, even though it’s across the street from the airport runway. Pet friendly . Accommodated our request to be on first floor and near the back entry of the property for ease of use for the dogs.

A couple cosmetic issues like exterior door hardware, but super insignificant compared to the comfort and convenience of the hotel.

The hotel is clean and the employees are so friendly. It was a great experience for the entire family! Highly recommend to anyone needing a nice place to stay.

The glass doors on the bathroom... if your family was sleeping, you would wake them up when you turned on the light to use the restroom.
