Mattress was comfortable, blanket not breathable but it was warm enough just to sleep with the remaining 2 flat sheets. Everything was very clean. Managers special with wine, beer and snacks was offered, didn't expect that.Room came with fridge/ freezer and that was wonderful for people like us who make this trip to shop at a German butcher and have a long trip going back home to Las Vegas/Pahrump.Stuff is friendly and helpfull....wish all hotels whould be like this one

I thought long and hard about the various hotels in the vicinity. Even though the price was higher than other hotels, I chose Ayers because I really wanted to experience an Ayers stay. The room was big but very standard; nothing stood out that distinguished the room from other hotel rooms. The missing banner across the bottom of the bed would had given that extra welcoming umph. Breakfast was great! Even though I did not travel for work I did work from the hotel. A desk pad would have been helpful as modern computer mouse don't work with glass topped desks. I had to find paper to put on the desk so that my mouse would respond.

Didn't expect to be walking outside to get to the lobby and breakfast - this is the reason I did not consider another hotel in the area.

This Hotel is just a nice experience since the moment you arrive the staff is accommodating, the facilities are well taking care of, the rooms are clean, is a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Big shout out to the staff which made my stay pleasant after I left my jacket hanged of the closet, the housekeeper took it immediately to the front desk and they hold it for me; on my way back from Nevada I picked up with ease, they were very friendly and accommodating of all my needs. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Nothing, everything was great at this hotel, highly recommended.

Breakfast was great. The workers were always polite, even during the holiday week. The location was great for our family to come and hang out. We loved the outdoor space by the pool. Everything was easy to find.

I would have liked better lighting in the room. And maybe more grass for my dog. Storage containers are blocked most of the time and are not in a light place at night/early morning. I would have liked more washer and dryer, as I waited 20 minutes for the other people to return and move their stuff.

I am a returning guest at Ayres Loma Linda, and I always appreciate its quality. My room was big, clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good thanks to the delicious omelettes of Chef Pedro. Free parking near the room is very appreciated. Large safebox in the room. Location is good for visiting Redlands (and surroundings). Good value for price. I would definitely come back.

Not a big issue, rather a suggestion: the bathub is functioning but a little bit old fashioned...a refurbishment with a contemporary standard shower would make the room top! Lighting in the room is a bit low, dimmer-able lights would add comfort.

Friendly staff, property clean .

Not your fault but a room had to be rushed to clean for us since I arrived with a pet and they weren’t aware of it. I went thru Booking to reserve and no area asked regarding pet. But I was told in the office to just call them next time and they would make sure the right room is reserved for us . So I believe in the rushing to get it ready the fridge wasn’t cleaned and a bathroom rug mat not left for us. Other than that everything else was great😊 Oh, and no doggie bags on outside property containers which is probably why there were poops on the grass. (I happen to always carry my own, which I think others should as well)

I love the Morning Breakfast .A great variety of fresh cooked a delicious choices to satisfy you taste buds I Think your staff worker are generous very friendly .House keepers are very polite and do a great Job.My most favorable part of staying at the Ayers Hotel is the comfort of the room ,knowing your safe .and feeling home.

Everything it has to offer I check in every month for a couple days a just relax alone .I Love being there.

Facility is clean, well maintained. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The breakfast option is wonderful, the staff is excellent & friendly, the food is good.

It would be good to have a magnifying mirror in the room. A plus would be slightly longer hours for breakfast, until 10:00 a.m. everyday. It seemed that a lot of people arrived in the dining room only minutes before 9:00 a.m. And, everything is turned off, access to coffee & juice.,

The room was huge! Plenty of room for myself and my 2 teen-agers. Very clean as well. Very comfortable beds and pillows too. The breakfast included was wonderful! They had a cook there every morning for special order omelets and a fresh food bar with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage links. All the staff was very friendly and the pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temps! All over a very comfortable stay.

The only complaint was that housekeeping didn't come check our trash daily and bring clean towels. We had to go up front and ask for towels and trash bags. We were there for 3 nights. I understand not changing the bedding unless it's needed, but fresh towels and empty trash cans would've been nice to have. Especially as small as those trash cans were.

Reception counter were spot on and helpful, kitchen staff were great. It was nice seeing security patrolling the parking lot. Overall layout of the property was nice.

Housekeeping was subpar, the room had previous tenants material left under dresser the one day they replaced towels they only left 2 and left the dirty towels lying on the floor. I had to go to the front counter to ask for fresh towels twice even after i specifically requested the room be cleaned the day before. Hosekeeping staff were friendly but leadership was lacking and employees were not thorough in their duties. Parking was a little inconvenient but not really anything the property owners or employees can do anything about this was a architectural flaw in design.
