The room was very spacious and clean. Overall, everything well maintained, and I felt safe and no ick factor staying in the room. Beds were comfortable and we were grateful to have a nice room to rest and recharge after driving for 7 hours from Tuscon. Redlands was only a quick overnight stopover to sleep, shower, and eat in order for us to make our next half of the drive to San Francisco. What I absolutely love about this hotel is that it accepts cats in their pet policy. We have an elderly cat that cannot be left alone, and this was the only hotel that accepted cats that we were able to find. In our search for places to stay, most hotels are pet-friendly but are not cat friendly due to allergies and of course feline behavior which runs the risk of furniture damage etc... We paid an extra fee of $50 for having the cat, but absolutely worth it since our cat is a family member. We also enjoyed the breakfast with its offerings. There were omelets made to order, bagels, muffins, yogurt, cereal, juices, etc... It was a nice spread. Customer service at front desk was also excellent, friendly, courteous, and professional. There was also a great Mexican takeout place right next door to the hotel that had good combo plates and tacos for quick and cheap eats that we had for dinner.

I never have any complaints with this property. From the staff, the breakfast, the room, the area, and to the outside of the property. ALL is EXCELLENT! Staff are so professional and coureous no matter what time of the day/night. the breakfast is so fresh and always great to eat before heading out. The room is very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The area has never given any problems, I feel safe and the outside of the property and around is always clean and again, NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT. I appreciate who ever runs this property, you are doing a GREAT job!

Mattress was comfortable, blanket not breathable but it was warm enough just to sleep with the remaining 2 flat sheets. Everything was very clean. Managers special with wine, beer and snacks was offered, didn't expect that.Room came with fridge/ freezer and that was wonderful for people like us who make this trip to shop at a German butcher and have a long trip going back home to Las Vegas/Pahrump.Stuff is friendly and helpfull....wish all hotels whould be like this one

I thought long and hard about the various hotels in the vicinity. Even though the price was higher than other hotels, I chose Ayers because I really wanted to experience an Ayers stay. The room was big but very standard; nothing stood out that distinguished the room from other hotel rooms. The missing banner across the bottom of the bed would had given that extra welcoming umph. Breakfast was great! Even though I did not travel for work I did work from the hotel. A desk pad would have been helpful as modern computer mouse don't work with glass topped desks. I had to find paper to put on the desk so that my mouse would respond.

Didn't expect to be walking outside to get to the lobby and breakfast - this is the reason I did not consider another hotel in the area.

Breakfast was great. The workers were always polite, even during the holiday week. The location was great for our family to come and hang out. We loved the outdoor space by the pool. Everything was easy to find.

I would have liked better lighting in the room. And maybe more grass for my dog. Storage containers are blocked most of the time and are not in a light place at night/early morning. I would have liked more washer and dryer, as I waited 20 minutes for the other people to return and move their stuff.

This Hotel is just a nice experience since the moment you arrive the staff is accommodating, the facilities are well taking care of, the rooms are clean, is a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Big shout out to the staff which made my stay pleasant after I left my jacket hanged of the closet, the housekeeper took it immediately to the front desk and they hold it for me; on my way back from Nevada I picked up with ease, they were very friendly and accommodating of all my needs. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I am a returning guest at Ayres Loma Linda, and I always appreciate its quality. My room was big, clean and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is good thanks to the delicious omelettes of Chef Pedro. Free parking near the room is very appreciated. Large safebox in the room. Location is good for visiting Redlands (and surroundings). Good value for price. I would definitely come back.

Not a big issue, rather a suggestion: the bathub is functioning but a little bit old fashioned...a refurbishment with a contemporary standard shower would make the room top! Lighting in the room is a bit low, dimmer-able lights would add comfort.

Friendly staff, property clean .

Not your fault but a room had to be rushed to clean for us since I arrived with a pet and they weren’t aware of it. I went thru Booking to reserve and no area asked regarding pet. But I was told in the office to just call them next time and they would make sure the right room is reserved for us . So I believe in the rushing to get it ready the fridge wasn’t cleaned and a bathroom rug mat not left for us. Other than that everything else was great😊 Oh, and no doggie bags on outside property containers which is probably why there were poops on the grass. (I happen to always carry my own, which I think others should as well)

The Breakfast was outstanding! The staff were all so nice and accommodating!

They are using chemicals on the new luxury vinyl floors ( we have encountered this at a condo in Florida). It must do something to the floors that bring up the color. You can’t go barefoot or with socks. Everyone I know, including myself, has been told to only use water and once in a while, a drop of Dawn:)

I love the Morning Breakfast .A great variety of fresh cooked a delicious choices to satisfy you taste buds I Think your staff worker are generous very friendly .House keepers are very polite and do a great Job.My most favorable part of staying at the Ayers Hotel is the comfort of the room ,knowing your safe .and feeling home.

Everything it has to offer I check in every month for a couple days a just relax alone .I Love being there.
