The pool was very nice and the overall look of the hotel and the rooms is nice. Our room was so spacious, I loved it. I love that the room had a mini fridge and a second sink.

There was a lot of ants coming into our room so that was a problem. Breakfast wasn't anything amazing, we ended up just getting yogurt and then going next door to the Denny's.

Great location I like how quiet it was it seemed like the perfect place to just unwind

Everything was better then I had expected or imagined.. The staff at the time I arrived very nice respectful and very welcoming but the employee at the front desk around check out time very rude, impatient had a real bad attitude very unprofessional and unnecessary

I have recently stayed here, about 4 times now, and it has been a pretty quiet stay. The rooms smelled fresh and were very spacious.

The cable could have more channels. TV only has 33 channels.

The location. I was familiar with the area so knew where I was going w/o GPS.

The $150 pet fee. I knew there was going to be a charge, but $150, wow. The pipe underneath the sink came off while washing my hand. When I called the front desk to explain what was going on, that I had fixed the problem and needed extra towels, the clerk was neither surprised nor concerned. It takes 7 days for my $100 deposit to be sent back to my bank and I hope the incident with the bathroom sink doesn't forfeit me getting my money returned accordingly!!!

Friendly professional staff on check in and out! Great staff! Room are very comfortable and spacious! The wet bar sink is handle and it's wonderful to have a mini frig and microwave to use. Breakfast was sufficient and especially the make yourself waffles.

The bath towels were small. The rooms were hot upon arrival due to the western sun. Closing the roller blinds about two-thirds down would helped kept the room cool and still be adequate light to see.. Although, once the AC unit ran, the room cooled eventually.

Second stay here and this is a great clean room. Staff is super friendly. Beds are comfy, safe area, and overall great experience

I don’t like the staff specifically in the dining room he is so rude and disrespectful, I don’t like the way he prepares food for us, no greeting and he’s very serious, without smiling face , and also the staff in the front desk She didn’t even welcome us with a smile
