Very convenient location and family-friendly. Loved the room setup and layout. It made it convenient to both work and rest. The front desk staff, Crystal, was friendly, helpful, and awesome when we checked in. There was a problem with the toilet in the room when we checked in that could not be fixed until the morning. So she changed our rooms and gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. The manager was awesome and accommodating, too. He had no problem extending our checkout time and even gave us a discount when we asked about extending our stay for an additional night. The indoor heated pool and spa were amazing, and just what I needed to relax. The housekeeping staff were all very nice as well. Our stay included breakfast that was very delicious.

I would love if they allowed pets, even if a pet fee was needed. When we first checked into our room, it smelled of smoke, and the elevator smelled of weed, although all rooms were non-smoking. The microwave was a little outdated, and the closet was missing the door, but both were still usable. The staff member, when we checked out, was a little unfriendly, but the rest of the staff was amazing, so I guess it evens out.

The location was perfect with many stores and things to do nearby. It was a very quiet stay which I loved. The breakfast was wonderful each morning as well. Staff was very attentive from the front desk to house keeping to those who took care of everything for breakfast. The shower had great water pressure and I appreciated how many towels were supplied. I appreciated how many pillows we had as well. I loved the recliner we had and I was very grateful for the fridge and microwave. I also loved that the lamps by the bed had small reading lights, that was so nice to have

My only real concern was when I used the hair dryer didn't work very well, it could probably use a replacement, but other than that everything was great

The location is great, great neighborhood, breakfast was decent, the room was amazing very clean. The heart shaped hot tub in the room was our favorite accessory. The staff was very kind and helpful. Besides being racially profiled by the Indian employee who checked us in who I later learned was the manager. His name is Shaun this is the perfect place for a quick trip would definitely (avoid Shaun) & stay again.

The manager Shaun was very rude and racially profiled me during check in. I did not appreciate it, it made me feel uncomfortable. If it wasn’t for him the stay would’ve been a 10/10

I was having trouble trying to open the door and had to come back down to get another key I still couldn’t open the door so Mgr Leslie was great she observed me struggling with the door key from the camera and came to help me.Breakfast was great. Sergio went above & beyond to help me get me connected to their wi-go. The staff was great even house So you do it all at the same time I told her she bigger than I am, the one you got a nice one you ordered it yourself cause I know your dad did that’s right cause I went to the store

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The locations was perfect. I asked for a room facing away from the freeway. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were spacious and clean.

The room was a little outdated and needs a little bit of work, but clean. Neighbors were a little noisy. And the rooms could be a little more noise proof. I could hear every time my neighbor ran their water. Nothing too bad.

The beds are comfortable. Having breakfast is good except I don’t like scrambled “eggs” they seem to be made from powder, not real eggs. The pool is nice

Greeted by a tired, or unhappy or depressed front desk clerk. When we went to the room, the bathroom floor was completely flooded. Called for maintenance. Came and “fixed” it but when we turned on the faucet, the floor was flooded again. Called and told we would. We would have to move after we had unpacked everything….then told we would need to come down and get the keys to the new room! Courtesy would have been to have someone bring us the keys. I must say there were happier more cheerful desk help on some of the other days.

The Suite was very appointed, The king size bed was exceedingly comfortable, the bathroom met all expectations as well. Comfort Suites front desk staff were exceedingly helpful and supportive, including assisting with early check in. The Breakfast was great and well maintained. Great HVAC for the hot weather Redlands experiences.

The elevator needed more frequent inspection for maintaining cleanliness. Given the frequent traffic spills from liquids carried to and from individual suites left a wet sticky elevator floor as well as sticky Comfort Inn patron's feet or shoes. Staff responded when informed. However, frequent checks would be more effective.

In room 210, there was a plastic bag wrapped around the smoke detector and the shower heads were not attached to the wall on the bottom, making it rather difficult to shower. The vending machine by the pool was empty. When wanting to make a purchase from the vending in the lobby, we were told it was cash only but, they were unable to make change for a $50.00 bill. We were also rather surprised that early checkin could only be paid in cash. When we were checking out at 5:00 a.m. I had to yell to wake up the clerk (I could hear him snoring in the back room) he came out and got the receptacle for the key cards off the inside of the counter and smacked it down on top of the counter in front of me. He never said a word, just looked at me.

The room is nice. Love the comfortable bed. I slept in like a baby. I like the quietness. Bathroom and the room were clean. We had extra towels too which was great. The location was perfect closed to home. Breakfast was great. Also, my kids liked the pool.

The only thing was the couch in the room. It was old looking couch. It needs to be updated to something that can be clean easily. I had to cover the couch with towel for me to sit on the couch. Also, the fridge was not working.

One of the housekeeping ladies was super nice while we stayed. She came and made our bed while we were there and cleaned our bathroom. I really appreciated her service.

Front desk can actually be a little friendlier and nicer and maybe fake it that they want to be at work.
