Hotel was in a convenient location. Restaurants, grocery stores, fwy nearby. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly.

Free breakfast is given in a brown bag. You choose One 8oz juice or milk. A small Jimmy Deans breakfast sandwich or small wrapped waffle or bagel, choose one. A yogurt. A fruit. They pack it. Put it in a brown paper bag and send you off. They ask you what room number and they know how many people are registered in that room but they wont let you take a bag for each. Each person in the room has to physically be there to get their own sack breakfast. Parking is not ideal. Its shared with a restaurant and a bowling place. Depending what time you want to park you might have to park quite a ways from the hotel. There's was a few cars in good spots you can tell haven't moved in quite some time.

to start off I want to mentation that the associates and maintenance staff are amazing!! They are the utmost professional and respectful staff for/to their guest, I've witnessed them deal with two customers that were given them a very hard time and very patiently the staff dealt with them despite of how rude they were, they were accommodated! will we stay here again definitely!!!!!

I absolutely love the view from the rooms. This time I had a balcony which was a plus. My one and only downside is the black mold in the bathrooms. It’s such a beautiful hotel the beds are comfortable the rooms has been upgraded since I last stayed there. They just need to do a better job on the bathroom walls it has a lot of black mold all over the ceiling. Vinegar dawn soap and peppermint oil may help with getting rid of the mold. 😊

I like the room was nice and the balcony was cool to sit out to get some fresh air

I’m not saying I don’t like the fact I’m very grateful i was just expecting a real hot breakfast not just a stack lunch here you go and you on your way it a lot different then other hotels you actually get an actual hot breakfast. Not just snacks to hold you off. They have the accessories to do it, but they choose not to to save money. They feel like they’re wasting money. when they actually not, we pay our money, we should be able to receive what we paid for an hot meal.

I am always welcomed with friendly service, the people at the front desk are all so nice and welcoming. I will choose this hotel whenever I want to unwind.

The lady serving breakfast is rude. Maybe she isn’t a morning person. Two guest in my room and she said her paperwork says 1guest. I clearly was there with my child but she only served my child breakfast not me🤔.

I did not have the breakfast. From check-in to check out. Everything was smooth and the two ladies at the front desk were very attentive as well as passing on a great energy. My person who checked me in (forgot name ;-( was very informative about letting me know the room that I had booked was down for reconstruction and gave me a different room,AND kept my room price. Room was very detailed clean from top to bottom as well as EVERYTHING worked. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Quiet and tucked away, also located by a variety of eating places as well as late night bowling.

The room was super nice and I loved the location.

The maze to get to my room and there only being one elevator. Most of the doors outside are broken or your key doesn’t work to unlock them so it’s a little inconvenient having to walk all the way around to just have to walk all the way through the hotel again to get to my room.

I like the fact that is down the street from Keke’s international food spot on Sunnymead Their food is so good. They sell soul food plates and international goes along way with this girl… they are open till like two or three in the morning on some days. Also they deliver I would highly recommend them. You can even pre-order with them at 951-630-5410 was my highlight. Ask Chef Keke Chanel

The pool has been down for months and it’s summer.

Good for the price, comfortable stay for weekend tournament .Sheets can be a little cleaner, we slept over the sheets, and just used our own blankets and pillows. However, beds are really comfortable. I would stay here again . Pool looks refreshing . Bowling ally next door was fun !

Sheets were a little dusty , stained . Breakfast could be out a little earlier since kids travel teams have to be out at the ball park earlier we didnt get to have it , 5:30-9:30 or 10 am would be great!

Breakfast can be better, I know being Continental, but it can definitely improve. Location is great, nearby major entities..the homeless situation is a problem though. Staff is great, very polite and helpful.....
