I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special mention to Paula, she was exceptionally nice, helpful, and friendly. Her great customer service truly stood out and made my experience even better. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! The breakfast was very good, especially the waffle maker, everything was fresh, clean, and nicely presented. The hotel’s location was perfect for what I needed; all the stores and businesses were nearby, and the area felt safe. I also appreciated that there was no noise from the main street or the freeway, making it a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Kathy Colvert was excellent checking me in!! Very kind and friendly 😊!! She worked from 3 PM to 11 PM shift. She greeted me when I came back from where I had been. Asked how it went 😀!! I was out there for Mom's 95th birthday. So, I shared pictures with her. Saturday evening, when I got back, the elevator was still out of order. I had my hands full. She helped me get up to my room on 3rd floor. My room had not been cleaned. I was OK with that. But, I needed more towels. Kathy was kind enough to bring me more towels and a couple of buckets of ice. She went above and beyond to make my stay there comfortable. I also wish I had got the name of the maintenance guy that Kathy had sent to my room. The refrigerator wasn't cold. He came up right and solved the problem.

The other girls that were front desk when Kathy wasn't there. They were not very friendly when I asked a question. Especially when I was trying to find out where certain places were near hotel. Girl, who checked me out on Monday, wasn't very friendly.

Clean, comfortable and cozy. I was pleasantly surprised on how clean everything was when we arrived. We were provided extra towels, very nice dove soap, and a cozy bed. I’d definitely stay here again. Breakfast waffles are yummy too. Staff are nice too. I like that the rooms are all inside and you have to access the hotel by room key. I felt safe inside the hotel. They also have a luggage carrier too that you can use to get your bags to your room.

There was one sketchy individual in parking lot at night. Other than that, I’d just recommend locking your cars and taking all your valuables out. Other than that, the stay was good. It is a little noisy though, walls are thin and you can hear people mumbling when they talk. Try to get an upstairs room if you can because people are not courteous with walking quietly.

Curb appeal was nice. The facility overall was clean and better than expected. The rooms were clean. The pool had just been serviced and very clean! I would had loved to re-book for another night, but it was all booked already. I liked my stay and it was a great experience from arriving to the property, the staff was awesome and the complimentary breaky was nice.

I would say the only minor dislike was the key card to the rooms that kept going out and had to replace them a couple of times.

This was the second time in three years that we stayed here. Unfortunately, both times were for funeral services. However, both times we had a smooth check in, rooms were comfortable and not a lot of noise. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also a really nice set up with lots of selection and while we were there, nothing ran out. All staff interaction was pleasant.

Sierra and her co worker were extremely helpful and wonderful. Only thing was that the owners father was rude to me while Ms. sierra was helping me out due to my room was being cleaned and needed it for my function that afternoon. The owners father and mother cut in front of me without excusing themselves and was harassing Ms Sierra which was totally unnecessary and unacceptable. Other than that I will be booking another stay soon. Thanx to all the staff there.

Good breakfast and liked the liquid wash installed in shower.

Doors lock at 10PM, made it difficult to go out with at night with my friends, we would take two cars so I could get back to the hotel by 10PM. Will not stay again because of the 10PM lock up.

I would rather eat somewhere else if I knew what the food was presented. I would have only picked the coffee. No big deal, it is not the type of breakfast I usually eat.

Watery salty eggs and limited selection of pastries and bagels; there was only white bread and plain/white bagels.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The night receptionist was very unpleasant and rude. When I was signing in, she threw the pen at me. Also she was in a rush because she was eating at the time that u was signing in and I must have Interrupted. . I addition, in the morning , the receptionist was not there at the desk so that I could turn in my key. I had to wait and upon coming back, she was not very pleasant. She looked like she just woke up and not very happy with her job.
