Perfect location for food, clean inside/out, great complementary breakfast with a variety of food. Big rooms.

Our specific room (2 bedroom suite) was fantastic except the master bedroom. There was No lighting at all other than 2 small mounted bedside lamps that were a warm amber color. Couldn’t see a thing at night. Our blinds didn’t work in our room. Our Tv didn’t work. And lastly, the couch had a permanent slant in the middle cushion, so flat that the back of your knees were hitting the hard frame. We thought to use the pull out as a better way to sit on it, but the pullout was just a gross mattress, no sheets or covers.

The room was well cleaned. The location is close to 2 freeways and local shopping centers. The complimentary breakfast was hassle-free.

At check-in, it was easy although when asked for extra linen and towels they were not forthcoming about policies of conservation. We let them know we are a family of 6 and need more than three towels. We constantly need to ask for them twice because they only gave 3 at a time. Needing a card to keep your lights on was a first for us. It would have been nice to be informed about it. Luckily we ask for an extra key beforehand. Keep in mind that we are not frequent guests and understand things change from time to time. Little information goes a long way.

The amenities were accessible always. The pool was nice. The location was near a lot of places. The actual one bedroom suite was completely spacious. The ac was cold.

Check in normally at 3 but earlier that day I requested early check in, rep said yes. When we arrived early we still had to wait till 3. In fact our room took longer to clean apparently because we waited until 345 we were able to check In.

I loved how clean and crisp the property was. Staff was helpful and warm inviting candles burning welcoming home every evening and maintenance guy was extremely helpful upon arrival

I booked a king master suite and asked for replacement towels and only received 2 when room originally came with 4, bed was really hard. No extra bedding for pull out when my grandson stayed with us. And the privacy tags for doors really do not stay on doors at all; But honestly these are not big life problems.

1st. Time in your hotel. My wife and grandchildren enjoyed our stay.

In fact that my caddallac converter was stolen in front of the hotel parking lot.i probably won't be staying there anytime soon

Smelled great and welcoming. The room was amazing. Was very comfortable with the card swipe to get into Property.

Was suppose to get a view of the mountain but got the first floor. But overall are one day stay was perfect.

Very clean. Good breakfast!

Would not honor extended checkout over 30 minutes. Cleaning lady came in at 12:00 even thought our extended checkout was 12:30.

I think it was very pricey for 4 nights stay even with “special rate” and the walls are paper thin. You can hear everything

Pool was a little small.

It was great. Food tasted good and there was a good variety.

I’m just not a big fan of the Inland Impire in general.
