Location was ok. Lots of road traffic was back round noise. Didn’t wow me and room smelled like cat litter followed by a cleaner.

The cleanliness, the staff was amazing, the comp coffee and lots is parking.

I have stayed at this facility twice the first time was for a month and the second time was 2 weeks. In that entire time I never once received housekeeping. On my date they said housekeeping had an emergency and they would get to me the next day. That day never came.

I like there's always ample parking, always. I also like the amenities as far as the electric two eye stove w/out oven. As well as the full refrigerator and microwave. It saves money to be able to cook your own food rather than buying fast food! Hallways on my floor always quite.

Not being able to use the facilities on the 1st floor which was used especially for those who couldn't make it to their room and maybe a visitor could use, in a hurry! It is locked and must ask for the key at the front lobby. With the new system it's very discouraging and some, like children and the elderly sometimes have inconsistency. Digital keys are used for laundry, lobby and rooms to enter... why not the public restroom??? Just a question that was brought up. Some make it hard on others!

It was clean. I appreciated the feeling of security the building gave (you have to have your key card for everything including building entry). The staff was amazing and went above and beyond for me during this really hard time.

The water pressure/temperature is my only complaint. More pressure and for it to be hotter instead of warm to a little bit warmer than warm would have completely made the whole experience 110%

I wasn't aware that i needed to provide my own cooking pans, And plates and cups and utensils until i checked in. I also didn't know we only get 4 towels & 4 washcloths ( one per person in my room). To last us two weeks. We had to pay to exchange them. O and we have to provide our own toilet paper too.

I got in late that nite but was greeted by nice staff member whom helped me check in and handle my reservation and getting me.into.my room I asked for she is such a doll. Staff is so great they remembered me the next time I checked in and are always great to see and deal with thank you woodsprings and woodsprings staff

The location was ok. Didn’t mind it. The hotel itself it’s new, therefore it’s clean fast check in/out. Very convenient.

What I didn’t like about this hotel was the bed !! The bed is very loud!! You can’t move because it makes loud noises and the room next to you start banging on the wall.

I love staying here staff is so amazing the best staff yet that I’ve met staying at any Woodspring suites I’ve stayed at thus far!! Give all of yourselves a pat on the back!!!

Hard to reach by phone before 10am. Soma hipster was jamming his music loudly with his car doors open in the back parking lot for hours late Saturday night. Dog barked half the night

The rooms were clean and well-stocked. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It's been a while since I last stayed at The Woodspring. I had forgotten how crowded this place gets and the clientele it attracts.
