Clean and nice staff

Hated the hotel.com check in it was so terrible because the hotel wanted a token number which the website hotel.com didn't provide so I was going back and forth with the website and the hotel to able to check in !!! It was so bad that the hotel promised a comp refund because we weren't the only people trying to check in through hotel.com but thank goodness the staff at check in at hotel was very nice and let us to the room to try and figure what was going on at the hotel.com website

The staff and the ability to feel comfortable to ask for assistance.

Only one eye on the stove worked but it worked perhaps it would be nice to have cooking utensils in the room or available for checking out while you’re there.

I loved the location and freedom of amenities with our cards. I loved that you could check out things needed like kitchenware, coffee makers, etc… I LOVED the genuine sweetness and care of the nighttime staff especially! Exceptional Customer Service!! 👍🏽✅

The price was right and the room was very comfortable and clean

The only thing I wish was a little bit better was there was more kitchen utensils and pots and pans but that's the only thing

Our experience has been incredible, specially for the price we are paying. We were treated with respect and in a friendly manner. The facility is exceptionally clean. Everyone has gone above and beyond our expectations. We had to book a second night.

The Location is awesome, the rooms are equipped with the things that guarantee a good stay, Shay and the staff are great with customer service. Ama, cleaned my room to perfection.

At first the floors weren't clean, but that was resolved after I notified the front desk.

I honestly didn’t pay attention to what came with the room I reserved for me and my family. When I got to the hotel the staff was super nice and helpful that we extended our stay by a week. My family and I slept so comfortably for the first time in a while. We felt safe. The in room kitchen was a plus and the topper was on site laundry room and work out room.

The price, amenities, seemed very SECURE in the front

No carpet. Back door was propped open. The corridors smelled like cigarette smoke. And 1 of the chairs looked clawed by a cat

No swimming pool and no morning coffee and breakfast was hot chocolate and a muffin or oatmeal. No ice machine

I liked that the property was located near grocery stores and restaurants. The property also had friendly staff and were very helpful.
