The room was very comfortable. I was upgraded to a King room. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The room was stocked with cookies and coffee. The location is perfect. Lake Gregory is right across the street. There is the hiking trail there. It's centrally located to town. The grocery store and gas station are 500ft away, and there's a delicious Mexican food restaurant right next door.

Not exactly a complaint, but the heater situation is less than 100%. It's an old heater. It works great, but there's no way to hold the temp steady. It didn't bother me much because I'm used to sleeping in cooler temperatures. I just turned the heater on and got the room warmed up, then I piled on the blankets (there were plenty). I stayed warm through the night.

The manager, Sayed (spelling?) was exceptional - very helpful, professional, and friendly! The location is perfect to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, a couple cute places in town as well. The place was very clean, and there was a lovely crystal chandelier which gave off great light in the bedroom. Really great getaway! The view from the room was lovely, very soothing and relaxing. The balcony was a great addition, and the fireplace was awesome! Thank you for the complimentary log on our first night. We will definitely be back and send friends as well! The tv was funky. Couldn’t turn on or off. Would have been nice to have chair in the room I think room was over priced.

Everything was very nice. Coffee pot and real coffee cups. Beds were very comfortable. It’s a bit older but quaint. Balcony could be cleaner but it was winter. The young man that checked us in was very nice and cared about our stay.

The stairs in front are for people who are in shape old or young. They have a back entrance but should advertise this. It’s steep and sits high upon a hill because this is the mountains.

Staff was exceptionally helpful. Due to a road closure from Big Bear Lake and the possibility of heavy rain from Hurricane Hillary the staff prioritized getting our room ready early. We were able to get in several hours before normal check-in time. It was very much appreciated.

The room could have been bigger. It is nicely decorated and cozy.

The person in the office was very professional and polite. I requested a pet friendly room. Upon entering the room, it was very clean and smelled fresh. I have visited dog friendly places in the past and there is usually a lingering odor of sorts. None here. The inn is located in front of lake Gregory and sitting out on the patio was a pleasant experience. The room had all the amenities we needed and we can see ourselves coming back for another stay.

The rooms were small, very clean and quiet, just what we needed for an overnight stay after attending a wedding.

The check-in was quite simply, the room was very pleasant, and the staff was enjoyable/helpful.

Though this was not important to me this night, I could not connect to the WIFI. However, I did not care as I did not have any reason to do so and did not ask for help from the front office. I just needed a good night's rest, which I did!

I love this place but the heater was falling apart that’s the only thing. They need to replace it or glue it down.
