No Air conditioning

The condo unit was clean and felt spacious. I stayed in a lower floor unit, so I did need to carry my luggage down 2 short flights of carpeted stairs after entering the unit. I appreciated the overhead fans in the living room and bedroom. The bedroom was comfortable and I slept very well on the bed. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware. There was no dishwasher in my unit, so I did need to hand wash the dishes and coffee cups that I used. The refrigerator was not a full sized unit - but was an adequate size for my needs. The patio was a nice sized private patio with table and chairs. The gas fireplace was operated with the flick of a switch. The condo was part of a gated development - which is heavily wooded and units are spread out on the spacious property. The property design provides a good level of privacy to each unit, or grouping of units.

Overall, I like the unit and was happy I stayed there. Just guessing, the units on the property were probably build in the late 1970's or in the 1980's. The unit I stayed in was very well kept up well and clean - yet the living room couch and chair colors reminded me of that era. It was not a problem for me at all - yet some people may prefer something more modern.

The beds were comfy and I loved having access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the living room area. Even though we didn't cook, it was nice seeing the option to do so with all the cookware that was available. My husband and I were shocked at how much was available. The place felt cozy and I absolutely loved having a fireplace!

The couch could have been a little better but we weren't really in the room enough to sit on it for a long period of time. We mostly stuck to the bedroom since we were out most of the day. The people above us were a little noisy with constant walking back and forth but that can't exactly be helped. Other than that everything was great.

everything, the location the apartment the price the cleanliness the 2 bathrooms with bathtub and shower We are definitely planning to stay there again and I have been recommending it to friends and family! this will be our place to stay in lake arrowhead and big bear!

the bed was a bit hard and the bedroom was cold but compared to the rest was not that important!

Location was wonderful, nestled in the middle of trees and with a mountain view. The room was very spacious and clean, I loved it! I would definitely recommend/ come back. Nice fireplace, kitchenette with plates, cups, utensils, a small table for 2 to sit down and have dinner/ breakfast/ 2 sinks in the restroom, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, a big deck connecting the living room and bedroom, it was just PERFECT! My boyfriend and I had a great time!

No Complains except that the deck seemed really old like it's about to fall apart. Was afraid to lean too much on the rusted wood.

Great place and great stay, like always! So glad there was no carpet!!! Cute little unit definitely has everything you need! Towels were SUPER clean! Sheets too!! Great bodywash as well!

The only thing that could have been better were the dining room chairs. Just visual, not appealing.

We came across a facility maintenance worker that helped us easily locate our unit. He apparently was working on the adjoining unit. However, from the moment we arrived, there was no noise coming from that unit. The entire property was absolutely quiet.

Because of our travels, we were exhausted and slept in, both mornings...it would have been nice to get up early and walk around the beautiful winter wonderland....Perhaps if North Bay at Lake Arrowhead could find a way to give guests' an addition 1-2 hours a day, that would be tremendous....Then again, they would be booked solid, and we couldn't come back...

Comfortable for our little family.

We didn’t realize it was all the way downstairs when we booked. So carrying everything back and forth from the car park was a bit too much.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Nice to have the balcony, surrounded by trees. Very relaxing.

Even with the map provided, it was a little confusing finding the unit. And unit was described as having a oven and stove top, but had neither. Also, there were a lot of stairs down to the unit and then within the unit. A little warning might be helpful to older folks (like ourselves).

Love this place! Always feels like home. Very clean and nice!

Check in is at 4pm and the pool and all amenities close at 5pm!!! That is not ok. We stay here often and the bed this time was soooo hard and uncomfortable. We tried to sleep on the couch the second night because our backs were killing us but they were too small to fit. The bed was HUGE, looked great and was clean but just too hard, we got no sleep for the two days.
