The property is newly renovated, has AC, has parking, and is close to Lake Arrowhead Village.

The walls are paper thin. The first night there our neighbors in front of us kept us up all night. We texted the phone number as it is a contactless facility however they never replied. I had to reach out in the daytime to make sure a reminder was sent about quiet hours. The second night there, our neighbors to the left were so loud playing music. I noticed the chat again that they were not complying with quiet hours and sent them audio of how clear it was. You can hear neighbors speaking clearly and music clearly. Then what’s worse is they started smoking weed which seeped into our room. Any other hotel would provide accommodations such as switching the room or refund. However the hotel did a poor job handling this encounter

Dehumanizing, dystopian nightmare – avoid at all costs I’m so frustrated I had to write this review. This is not a hotel. It’s a soulless self-check-in facility that looks more like worst Airbnb wanna be premium and welcoming. ITS NOT. No staff. No help. Just endless, Orwellian surveillance and a bureaucratic maze disguised as “modern hospitality.” Upon arrival, there were no signs anywhere telling us how to get to our room. Instead, we were forced to go through a ridiculous series of steps: upload a selfie, scan our ID, enter personal data, complete multiple SMS verifications (which didn’t even arrive), and then wait. And wait. And freeze. We stood outside in the cold for over 40 minutes trying to speak to someone over the phone just to get access to our own room. Once inside, we were greeted by a room that looked nothing like a hotel — more like a storage unit or a morgue, complete with horrible, clinical lighting. No warmth, no design, no welcome. Just an empty, depressing box by the side of a street. The photos next to this review don’t lie: it’s ugly. There was absolutely no one physically present to help. This is not only infuriating, it’s deeply discriminatory. I’m a young person and even I found the check-in process exhausting and dehumanizing. I can’t imagine how an older guest or someone with disabilities could navigate this mess. This place treats guests like a security threat, not as human beings. It’s rude, soulless, and dystopian — like checking into a prison or a surveillance experiment. Big Brother meets budget lodging (except this one is pretty expensive). The entire experience screamed: “we don’t care about you.” No respect. No service. No accountability. We are in the 21st century, yes — but technology should empower, not replace basic human hospitality. Shame on whoever thought this was acceptable. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Oh + for the cleanness and comfy mattress (the pillows are terrible) And yeah. The main area is cold.
