I had an incredible stay at this hotel, especially since it was my birthday weekend! There were so many activities for me and my kids to enjoy without ever having to leave the property. We loved playing pickleball, soccer, and spending time in the Jacuzzi. My kids also had a great time making friends with other families staying there. What made the weekend even more special were the free services offered—like yoga and a sound bath session on the weekend. It created the relaxing atmosphere I had been imagining for my birthday while still keeping things fun and engaging for the whole family. I also loved that, while it’s a hotel, it has a real cabin feeling that adds to the cozy, relaxing vibe. The location was very convenient, too. While you don’t have to leave the property to have a great time, it’s close to grocery stores and Snow Valley, which made exploring other areas easy. This hotel truly provided the perfect mix of relaxation, fun, and connection. I highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free getaway. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Our family drove from Los Angeles to this destination, stayed here for one night, and then drove about 17 miles to Snow Valley for skiing. We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom unit, with one bedroom in the loft. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. 曲径通幽处，世外小桃园 (a secluded and tranquil retreat, like a hidden paradise). We’re planning to return soon for another one-night stay before heading to Snow Valley for more skiing. Additionally, we look forward to coming back during the summer to explore the lake.

Dinner pretty expensive, not many options

My family enjoyed the fresh snow and accessibility to all the amenities the lodge had to offer. The staff was very nice and very accommodating.

My only wish is that there was enough parking for people staying at the facility. I noticed some parties had 2 or more cars per lot making it difficult for me and my family to find parking that was adjacent to our room. Or at least some ministering or security ensuring that families that rented a room had first priority for parking.

We loved the coziness of the cabin and the amentities offered. The front desk staff were gracious and helpful, and it was nice that they had fresh cookies and coffee when we arrived. The chalet was really clean and inviting, and the kids enjoyed the fireplace. The lodge had games to play, and many recreational activiites to keep the whole family entertained and busy. The movie night was enjoyable, and the kids had fun going for an outing outside of the chalet.

The cabin we had was a little far from where we were parked. The incline to get to the room was somewhat challenging, especially for my father who has a bad knee and is in his 60's. We were not even allowed to take the car closer to the room to unload our stuff, while made it difficult and exhausting to make multiple tripps with the incline, and in the heavy rain. The hot tub a decent size, but it was not hot and the water was at room temperature. It also smelled a little like pee and appeared to have not been cleaned. Otherwise, the place was enjoyable overall, and the kids enjoyed the arts and crafts room. The arts and crafts lady could have been a little more helpful, but nevertheless, we made the most of it.

Cabins were amazing. Very cozy. We loved using the wood burning fireplace. The staff restocked the wood outside the cabin. Very clean and comfortable. The 2nd bed loft above was so much fun for family. And loved that there was no TV. FYI, they do have refrigerator in the room. The lobby staff were always available for questions. Nice close by hike by the lake. About 7 minutes from the village. Oh, they stocked some coffee, fruits and pastries in the lobby in the morning.

Beautiful, quiet location. Excellent staff. It is on the other side of the lake to downtown, which is a short drive away. This is a conference hotel rather than a holiday resort, so be prepared for no TV in the room (although the internet access works well), and limited meal times and selection.

The heating system did not work well, and the fireplace is pretty ineffective, but the staff were excellent in trying to help out.

The cabin we stayed at was clean and perfect for our group. Nice trails at the back and amazing view of the lake from the viewing point.

Room wasn’t ready even though check-in was at 4pm. Got our key around 5:05pm, we were offered a free breakfast buffet to compensate for the delay. It appears they were short staffed that day.

This is one of the most beautiful and family-friendly resorts in Lake Arrowhead. The cabin was comfortable and clean. The food is excellent! The staff provided excellent service from the time of our arrival to our departure. The entire property is gorgeous, beautifully maintained, awesome swimming pool; outdoor recreation is fantastic, and plenty of walking and hiking paths. Thank you to the entire staff, especially the dining room staff, and employees, for making our stay so nice.

This was a wonderful stay! Amazing value for what you get. Beautiful indoor and outdoor facilities. We had our own 2br2b cottage with a fireplace and beautiful views of the property. The indoor hot tub was very pleasant after a long drive. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely be back!

The staff really go out of their way to make sure the guests have a good vacation. They’re very kind and responsive. The facilities are really clean and well maintained. The rooms are also quite well maintained. The property is very close to the lake and also close all the attractions near by.
