I was very impressed with the service and the staff the restaurant breakfast service could be a little more attentive as far as coffee. But other than that the bar Dennis so personal just excellent service

I enjoyed lunch and dinner at the Bear Springs Bistro. The ambiance and service were excellent. Our waitress, Elena, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and specialties. The cocktails were excellent and well mixed. The restaurant was clean and comfortable.

I tried breakfast twice, and I wasn't impressed with the menu or the taste. I'm a coffee drinker, I couldn't drink their coffee. It was extremely strong. Not even the extra creamer helped. The food was cold, and the beignets were burnt outside and undercooked inside. The home potatoes were also overcooked

Good location, friendly staff, clean hotel and comfy beds. Hoping to try the restaurant soon!

I really liked this place. Everyone is so friendly and attentive. For sure, I will be coming back to stay. I love the fact that there's a shuttle to take us to the casino and bring us back.

I can't really complain about anything but the bar does close at 10pm the guys at the bar let us know we could order room service and they could bring us up a bottle or something like that until 2am but we just wanted one drink so we didn't end up ordering any room service.

Very clean , quiet hotel with comfortable beds. A bar and restaurant are conveniently located in hotel . We were not able to visit the restaurant due to time constraints, but it looked amazing. We loved the shuttle service

Our drinks were weak. Only ordered one round and left it was a busy night, so I didn't complain

Convenient to stay and connect with Yaamaha Casino.We were referred by another family member We stayed to attend a concert but because of travel we were running a little late.. Everything worked out just fine because we ate at the lounge, heard entertainment than jumped on the shuttle After the long night,we headed back to the hotel and had a very comfortable sleep!

Just wished you would provide continental breakfast.We asked about a nearby restaurant howeve,r, there was no one (of staff )that seemed to know about the surrounding area

The staff was great. The bar area was great and lively at night. The beds are really compfy

The toilet wasn't sturdy, it kept moving like it wasn't bolted down or something, there was mold in the shower around the knob that turns the water on and off, the bathroom door didn't shut right so there was a big gap and it wouldn't stay shut

Location is convenient if you are visiting the Yamavaa' Casino. We were in town for a concert there and took advantage of the free twice-an-hour shuttle to get to the casino. The staff at the hotel was very friendly, especially behind the bar. The bar is a solid cocktail bar with a warm atmosphere and nice variety of seasonal custom cocktails. We also took advantage of the outdoor hot tub which was a nice, not-too-hot temp.

Some road noise on our first night but we realized the next morning that the window had been left slightly open before we arrived. Closing that really helped and we had no issues the second night. If you are not on the highway side, I think it would be dead quiet.
