What a charming, comfortable hotel! Even though our stay was on Christmas, the manager was able to check us in promptly and show us to our room. The room was huge, with plenty of space for a portable crib. The heater kept things warm through the night, everything was clean, and checkout was a breeze. The hotel is located right on a main road, making it convenient to get to, with several eating options nearby. Friendly staff/manager, good amenities. Slept well.

Can't think of much. A little pricey, but that's because it was the holidays. Beds were a little softer than what we are used to, but that's a personal preference.

Crestline is such a sweet hidden treasure in the San Bernardino forests. The town is super sweet and comes with plentiful outdoor activities and local eateries and shops. The staff was super welcoming and the cabins blew my expectations away. The cabin felt like a home away from home. Huge fridge, Gas Stoves, a full dishwash sink, plentiful options of cookware/utensils, a nice bar with high chairs. The bed was super comfortable and bigger than I expected. Bathroom was clean and came with lots of amenities.

I wish I stayed another day! The only complaint I had was towards the A/C unit. There's an AC unit but it's in the living room though it did manage to cool the entire cabin. The bedroom did have a ceiling fan, but there was no way of turning off the lights with the fan being simultaneously on.

Loved the location close to lake Gregory and Lake Arrowhead. Walked around to explore every store we went in Everyone was very nice. They have no breakfast at this location there's a McDonald's right across the street and a Cafe restaurant walkable distance up the street that was very good. We stayed in the hotel room had a fridge and microwave. Next time I want to try out the cabins.

I love this place, we’ve been here several times now and it’s very comfortable and walking distance to the lake is great. Comfy beds, cute, decor, trees, everywhere, happy to have the fridge and microwave.

I was really hoping to relax in the Jacuzzi, but it was not functioning the week prior or the weekend that we were there. I also wish there was an ice machine.

Okay…cutest spot right on the main road next to a friggin bowling alley!!! We’re also avid bowlers. Such a charming spot and the manager and his fam were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, handy, kind ugh beyond happy with the stay! Thank you Steve!!! BBQ was propane so perfect! Wi-Fi a tad iffy but Steve is on the case!!! Thanks for a wonderful weekend!!!

Location was great and walkable to shops, restaurants and lake. I had read mixed reviews and was a little nervous about our accommodations, we stayed in the hotel portion and it was great. It was clean and spacious. Steve was very personable at check-in.

No complaints. Parking was a little tight but we were here during a holiday weekend and we were always able to find a parking spot.

The location of Sleepy Hollow is perfect. 5 min walk to Lake Gregory. We stayed in the Gray Squirrel Cabin. It had everything we needed for the 2 of us. It was a older cabin but still very comfortable. We were offered an option to check out at 4pm for $60 .. Such a great option... we were able to spend the morning on the lake and come back and rest before heading home. Ginger the front desk clerk was nice. The housecleaning lady was nice as well..

I can't say I didnt like anything.. There were things that need to be fixed in the cabin that looked unpleasant. Things like unfinished flooring, patched holes. These things didn't effect our stay but were a noticeable eyesore. Other than that. I think it was worth a last minute one night stay.. I will most likely be back. Again the location made up for it..

There are books in the cabin. I started reading one as was unable to finish it before checkout. I asked if I could buy the book. They gave it to me.

It would be nice to have more firewood . But there is a store close by that sells it at a reasonable price.

definitely would recommend this place is anyone if there visiting or doing anything fun around the lake! We just stayed a day for a festival, but it was definitely nice and relaxing!

Only thing I didn’t like was when we walked inside it smelled weird due to a air purifier, maybe it was too strong for us but another than that, it was great.

Very comfortable and clean, they had everything we were looking for our new years eve, a little cabin in the mountains near the lake with a fireplace and jacuzzi.

There was nothing really I didn't like, I would just suggest a faster check-in and having the swiming pool open.
