it was nice that we were able to have 2 doors one for outside and one to enter into the lobby. Breakfast was small but good. Coffee was very good. The location was perfect for what we were looking for close to the resort and the village.

I guess the tub i think we would of liked a walk in shower, but at this location it only has a few rooms with the walk in showers, ever room has a bath tub with water jets. I think i would of liked maybe some area rugs.

Loved the cottages look and within walking distance to downtown. We’re celebrating our wedding anniversary and Heather upped our room to lower floor and gave us a 20% discount for that day at dinner. Great restaurant and atmosphere.

Shower was hard to get in and out as it had gets that didn’t work. We’re over 60+ and afraid to slip and fall. TV had 2 remotes. One to turn on and volume and the second to change channels.

Booked last minute due to heavy fog making onward journey impossible. Reception welcoming and room warm and cosy. Evening meal great although bar closed early

Breakfast was continental buffet- other guests were inconsiderate filling bags with food and filling thermos with coffee leaving small amount for guests who were later coming down

My favorite part however was how adorable the cabin were. I didn't expect them to be so cute. Service was great. The restaurant at the hotel is great. Super dog friendly.

Technical upgrades could be done in the rooms. The TV's are quite outdated. Bathrooms are pretty dated, however you expect a certain level of that going to Lake Arrowhead.

I loved the individual cabins and omg the TUB 😍so relaxing! Loved the fireplace for when its cold and the AC was amazing because it was so hot outside

We put the tub on and then put the little bubbles or whatever the little jet things on the side are and dirt came out :( we were already comfortable in there and we had to get out and drain the tub then clean it and re fill which took quite a while haha we did not use the jet things again but it did kinda waste unnecessary water which made us sad super sorry about that <3

The breakfast is just bread, coffee, juice, fruit and cereal. No hot food unless you consider oatmeal or toasting a bagel a hot meal. It was still nice and its included.

The breakfast could have been advertised correctly so that we could have planned. The floors in the cabins are kinda old but hey its not like its supposed to be the 4 seasons.

Michael at the front desk is kind and welcoming. That truly made the experience memorable. We had the room above the Resturant that faces the street and it was lovely and spacious. The room was very clean!

There was no breakfast. Karen at the front desk gave us a warm welcome when we got there.Since she is the only person that you talk to representing your inn she is very important. I have fond memories of the Saddleback Inn.

I couldn't get the fireplace to work.

location was awesome near my vehicle for easy off loading my stuff.

it could be better if there were more electric wall plug in near bed for other accessories to be charge

I loved the location and how beautiful the area the hotel was in very nice for a getaway and to just relax, my partner and I had dinner at the restaurant and it was amazing! Good, high quality food, over all a great stay and great views.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but I was able to sleep okay
