Room was very accommodating for my husband who's in a wheelchair handicap .Also everything we needed was perfect very comfortable for our stay . We enjoyed staying here and for future we will return to this location . Thank you for your professional staff as well . We also enjoyed your social gatherings was perfect food was great . Your hotel clerk at night was excellent on checking us in at all times very professional at all times . Made us feel important especially to accommodate our needs of handicap as a priority . Security needs to be onsite due to someone smoking in the stairway that turned on the fire alarm at 2:40 in the morning making the hotel evacuate.

The room was BEAUTIFUL I LOVED DECOR AMAZINGLY APPOINTED TASTEFUL MODERN ART, the property felt safe, check-in was a breeze, the breakfast bar had good options felt safe and clean. The overall aesthetic of the place was high. My only wish I could tell you about the pool unfortunately I forgot my swimsuit. Most especially I absolutely loved the bed and the pillow, high-quality sheets,!!!

There were a few quirks in the room, bedside lamps didn’t work, the air conditioning though strong and good, was difficult to find a balance so it wasn’t freezing or going to warming. The area with the sink and mirror needs to have a small trashcan (not just in the bathroom.)

Almost everything except a few glitches with the bedside lights that wouldn’t work and also the air conditioning worked very well but at night it was too cold and you could not adjust it properly to something in the middle

The only thing I like about this property is the way the property and Booking.com has asked me for this review numerous numerous numerous times I gave the place a wonderful review from the start and Booking.com and the property have both asked me over and over and over again for review. This is so upsetting that I would almost not go back. The property and Booking.com better take this into account what I am saying because you are going to lose good customers both from Booking.com on the property because of this reviewing policy.

Check in staff, they went out of their way to help me out, This trip was to celebrate my twins birthday with Granny but the weather tried ruining that, luckily we were able to get together downstairs. Thanks for everything

Breakfast, went down about 09:15 am, understand it's over at 09:30 am, but everything was being broken down and the lady that was cleaning was not asking if we were going to get some of the items, just took everything away, had to restart the waffle machine it was just an inconvenience

One night stay for a quick, overnight, fun trip. The price was reasonable, the room was just what we needed, the staff was helpful, and the beds were comfortable. Our shower didn't seal well and there was some ceiling damage in the bathroom, but those were very minor issues. I was surprised that we needed to pay extra for parking, but it wasn't an extreme additional cost (although knowing about it beforehand would've been appreciated). Overall, I would recommend and consider staying here again.

It was an awesome experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were very accommodating and kind, the lounge area was so nice and the complimentary breakfast was great, it was so nice I ended up extending my trip for 3 extra days. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms were clean, but could use more cleaning on the kitchen and bathroom walls. Pets staying here should not be on carpets. Witnessed an incident from a furry friend; very unhygienic and unsanitary.

Great stop between Las Vegas and San Diego. Very clean and very nice.

We arrived late, 9:45 pm. With 4 kids. We got only 3 towels in the room. When we called the front deak, the nice guy told us that he doesn’t have any extra towels to give us (!!!). I asked him if he can see that I paid for 6 people because I thoght it was my mistake. But he answered that he could see that. Just after I explained him that it doesn’t make sense to ask us to share 3 towels he told us that he will check again. After 5 minutes he asked us to come to the front door to pickup 3 towels. I didn’t want to argue so I did it but the whole situation was so frustrating.

The location itself isn’t bad. Close to the freeway, a brunch of restaurants, and shopping. I didn’t even see homeless people. The hotel has a security guard that I always saw, and helped out with my problem right away (The people above me were doing a lot of stumping during the day/night).
