The place was recently remodeled and they are still making improvements. The location is nice between Big Bear Lake and Lake Arrowhead. Staff was very friendly. Rooms a spacious and clean. The touchless pancake maker for breakfast was fun and tasted good!

I wish we had a microwave in the room. They had it until two days ago in all rooms, but they had to remove them because of air conditioning use (it was very hot weather): tripping circuit breaker due to a circuit overload. They are working to get this fixed, but it may take a while.

Room was clean and the place is in a nice location close enough to dine in Arrowhead or Running Springs. My son and I have stayed here twice in the past year in order to wake up local and avoid the morning traffic coming from Trabuco Canyon. Location gives you plenty of time to wake up & enjoy breakfast at Old Country Coffee Shop in Running Springs before snowboarding or mountain biking Snow Valley.

It would be nice if place had a common room with at least a coffee maker and ice machine. Other than that- no complaints.

location was best, very near to snow valley resort and ski rental shop. Owner was very helpful, also provided us with a snow shovel to clean snow off of our car. There was no deposit for our stay and plenty of free parking spots available. Good furnished rooms and very clean. Hot water and heating system were perfect.

breakfast option was not available and the refrigerator in our room wasn't working.

It was simple but perfect. We had a wedding in Lake Arrowhead and just needed a clean, comfortable place to sleep, and this was perfect! Check in was until 10:30 p.m., the area around the motel is very pretty and scenic, and it was exactly as pictured. Very clean, didn't see any bugs in the room which I was worried about, being in the mountains and all. Would absolutely stay again!

Overall it has been a very nice surprise. While the outside looks old, the interiors are refurbished, comfortable and new. The shower is all tiles, the room was large and clean. And it was quiet throughout the night.

The lack of breakfast; although it wasn't a big deal as there are coffee shops nearby. Maybe the only real issue is that it's still a solid 40 minutes away from Big Bear

The room was IMMACULATE, so clean! and has been updated recently. The vanity mirror light was really nice. Great location close to Snow Valley and a couple of steps from a diner called Deep Creek.

I never received confirmation that my room was booked and had to call to check. Pillows were firm and cheap. Showered around 7pm and the water never got hot enough.

The inside was remodeled on the inside with all new beds, TV and furniture. It would be nice to have a small refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave. I have to believe they are still coming because they just remodeled.

At first I was like oh he'll no but I looked in the room it was all fancy I was very comfortable and it was very clean. Definitely a 10 in my book we could park really close to our room

Parking area and access to rooms was lacking attention to detail. Looks like somebody dumped paint from the second floor, and it splashed on the side of the building, that kind of thing

Rest/shower water runs all over in the bathroom! Poor drainage, No Coffee Maker in Room! Have to go to front office for coffee
