The cleanliness of our cabin was wonderful. Truly so much better than other similar properties in the area. It still retains the original 1940s charm but everything has been updated and well maintained. There was a parking spot right out front. The kitchen was well equipped (though I’m definitely not used to that kind of gas oven where you can’t just set it to a temp- wasn’t really an issue tho! Just something I’d never used before.) The WiFi worked great. The SmartTv was appreciated. The snow around the cabin and to the door had been shoveled. We would 100% go back!

Cute little cabin/house my 1 bed room had 2 sofa beds in the living room which accommodated me and my three children very. The cabins/s come with everything you needed, they even provided soap shampoo towels and blankets. The kitchen had a small refrigerator and coffee maker with sugar, creamer, coffee and tea provided. The kitchen cabinets had cups, plates, pans, silverware and dish soap sponges and trash bags. The cabin/house is fully furnished with a table and sofas and Cable tv and a fire place. The surroundings are very kid friendly with a jungle Jim sand box, valley ball net area and shore horns there is even a BBQ area with picnic tables and wooden swing chairs to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery.

It is a very quaint little cottage, although it is close to the main road, very minimal noise. The upkeep on the grounds we're okay. It had a volleyball court, a tether ball pole, along with horseshoes a small little playground that's outdated, but that was in the main attraction for us so it's okay. there was also hammocks, and a gazebo with four different types of grills. I really like this little spot 10 out of 10 will rent out again 😀

The furniture was a little bit outdated, but I don't think that was a turn-off for us the kitchen was awesome, pretty tiny but it did the job, pretty cabinets pretty countertops enough dishes to make meals and serve them, they had a small selection of cutlery and cookware. it was perfect.

Loved the accommodations and amenities provided, it was a quiet, comfortable stay and it was all we needed. The property was close to Big Bear Blvd and close to the downtown Village area and the lake. Check in was a breeze and rules and expectations were clearly stated.

It was minor, but we didn't like the light switches, it was hard to figure out which one turned on which light. There weren't curtains on the front windows of the house, which at night feels a little less secure...but it's possible that because we come from LA county, open windows arent a good idea for us.

It was a great cabin. Loved the outside playground and location. Loved that it had everything we needed for me to make meals in the cabin. For the short time I was there, I really loved it

The bed wasn't very comfortable. Felt like the couches were more comfy than the bed. There's also no interaction with the staff. Just got a message with instructions for check-in, which isn't bad at all just found it a little bizarre.

I liked the location, the parking is great, I liked almost everything in the house, the only thing is in the attack where the playroom is very cold, the bathroom is clean new, the toilet is super with a cleaning effect, I really liked it)) the jacuzzi is just awesome, this is a separate praise, thank you, there were small technical problems but the owner immediately got involved and solved this problem, I definitely recommend, Happy New Year.

Great little cabin within walking distance to The Village area of town (1-1.5 mi). Roku TV and free wifi to keep the kiddo entertained after a day seeing the sights. Decent amount of seating in the main room.

Most things were great. It would be nice if the lay-z-boy would recline. The bathroom is a little tight, but that's to be expected to some degree. I had to switch the remote batteries for the TV with the ones for a fan unit (too low for the Roku to work, but okay for the fan.)

The location was perfect... The staff communicated information by sending messages way ahead. The cottage was nice and clean, perfect size for one family, with all the basic amenities you'll need for the stay. Although one of the sofa beds is a little worn out... would be nice to replace it. And there's a small playground where the little ones can play...

Very reasonable on price! Breakfast not included (as disclosed), as they are separate cabin locations. We knew this going in, so it was not a surprise. We brought food to cook for ourselves, as cookware (limited) and place settings (Plates, silverware, etc.) were provided.

Trash had not been emptied in either the kitchen or bathroom, which had us wondering if the sheets were clean. The door to the bathroom did not close properly and had the be jammed into the door jam to have any privacy.
