The free coffee bar in lobby!!! Should have decaf available and hot chocolate year round. We loved the free bikes too. (Although, should include a map of bike friendly paths for tourists) Cailey was the BEST! She was welcoming, joyful and accommodating. She really seemed to enjoy her job.

Aesthetically, the hotel is not inviting g from the street. The lobby should have a cute welcome sign. But honestly, it was a great stay & already have recommended to 2 friends.

The location on the edge of the lake was amazing, especially the beach area. We were very lucky to have a room on the 1st floor looking out onto the beach. Everywhere was extremely clean and modern looking and the staff were very friendly. This was definitley value for money considering what we paid. We especially liked the firepit being lit which allowed us to stay out in the evening and enjoy the area. Hotel is in a great place to be able to wander around big bear village.

There were guests that were allowing people who were not staying at the hotel into the pool area. This meant that we were unable to use any sunbed as they were all taken.

The views from the rooms are unbelievable. Simply priceless.Excellent staff and a stunning remodel.

My only minor critiques for the room would be the absence of a coffee maker, with that amazing view and balcony, it would've been lovely to have morning coffee right there instead of having to go out and come back.Also, while the view was certainly the main attraction, the TV kept freezing every minute, which was a bit frustrating. But truly, these are minor points, and they definitely wouldn't stop me from coming back

Our stay at Hotel Marina Riviera was great. Room was clean and view of the lake was amazing. Loved the private lake access area and pool was well kept. At night, we went down to the fire pit and had a couple drinks enjoying the view. The village and boat tours were all walking distance which made our stay even more enjoyable. Will definitely book again.

Everything was great!

Nice, updated cabins. Good location. Parking on site. Everything you need for basic cooking/ eating in. Board games, smart tv, and radio. Nice porch.

Property phone number not working - huge issue. Finally got ahold of property manager by submitting a request on the website. Staff very unresponsive. Central air not working. Multiple light bulbs burnt out. Light bulb in bathroom so yellow & dim, you could barely see yourself in the mirror. No additional mirror outside of bathroom. No shower door - water goes everywhere.

Excellent location, easy walk to the Village. Right on the lake, beautiful sunsets. The interiors are nicely upgraded, and the robes were a great touch. Staff was great, very attentive and informative and they made a wonderful oatmilk latte every morning. The sunsets are fantastic and highly recommend watching from your balcony or the new seating area.

The remodel is ongoing which is no big deal, but it would’ve been good to upgrade either insulation or more floor support. Our neighbors upstairs sounded like they were having a tap dance competition (they weren’t) so if you are looking for silence, this is not the spot. Wi-Fi for the Tv was spotty so it’s inconsistent and freezes often.

The location was very convenient. For the price it was a decent accommodation. The balcony and view of the lake is very nice to have.

There was a "barn" style sliding door on the bathroom that would not stay closed, it kept sliding open a few inches. Even if it had stayed closed, it did not offer the kind of privacy some might like in a bathroom considering it is only feet away from the bed. The walls/ceilings are *thin*, the couple upstairs that was playing loud music and banging away loudly made it a little difficult to get good rest.

This place was wonderful!! Clean and friendly and an amazing location!

The restrooms in the bar area needed some attention when they started getting busier. We brought it to their attention but nothing was taken care of in the next couple of hours that we were there.

The location is perfect as you are close to "The Village." All restaurants are within ten minutes. The room had a beautiful view of the lake and marina. This will sound funny but our bathroom was excellent. What made it excellent was a very well thought out walk in shower. The water pressure was better than our homes. Our room had a very comfortable king bed, balcony and was clean. The property is going through renovation on the grounds and once done will really make this place a nugget!

The room was wonderful

I could hear my neighbors from upstairs, every single step. Children upstairs ware screaming to each other. But there is nothing wrong with the hotel. If you are adults you should take upper floor, now the first one. Otherwise you will wake up at 6 with when a small kids are awake.
